En er is een dakterrasje waar je ‘s avonds fijn buiten kunt zitten.

Great location, close by o the center of Hoorn, very friendly service and good breakfast for a very reasonable price.

lovely family run hotel
Pros:

Lovely family run hotel.Very clean, towels changed every day. Great breakfast,polite staff. Great for cyclists,Hoorn is a grerat city to visit with plenty of cycle routes in the area.

Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de binnenstad en de haven!
Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangst, sfeervol ingericht zowel algemene ruimtes als de kamer, op loopafstand van centrum, goede parkeergelegenheid, goed ontbijt en fijne bedden. Kamer was netjes, ruim en zeer schoon.

Cons:

Omdat het erg warm was buiten, was de kamer ook vrij warm.

Needs improvement.
Pros:

Very nice stuff and host who was the owner had a very good attitude
Verry good breakfast

Cons:

The overall property it’s ok .
It’s ok for adults however if you have kids would not recommend as they would struggle to sleep .
We had brilliant weather with hot days however we were struggling to sleep at night due to no air con.There was a fan however temperature in the room reached 35C

Comfortabele plek op top locatie
Pros:

Goede locatie aan rand van het centrum, nette kamers en erg vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt dat we in de mooie binnentuin van het hotel hebben opgegeten. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein

The breakfast was delicious! The host was very friendly and informative. The room was very cozy in the garden. I will recommend to everyone! The host has written up a guide that is very helpful if you want a self guided tour.
The staff were all very friendly.

Gezellig en knus hotel, met gastvrij en hulpvaardig personeel
Pros:

De oude gevel, de receptie en de eetgelegenheid waren gezellig en uitnodigend. De ontvangst was warm, je voelde je meteen welkom. Kamer was klein en via een trap direct achter het pand bereikbaar, maar met een uitstekend bed en met alles wat nodig is, ook voor een zakelijk verblijf. (koffie & thee op de kamer). Bed was uitstekend. Badkamer met luxe bad. Opbergkast met eventueel extra beddengoed. Opvallend (en prettig) dat gedacht werd aan het milieu (tissues van "the good roll", dispensers op de badkamer in plaats van plastic zeep- en shampooflesjes, papieren boterhamzakje). SCHOON!! Ontbijt was uitgebreid en personeel attent en bereid om een oplossing te zoeken voor het feit dat ik eigenlijk op het tijdstip van de aanvang van het ontbijt al moest vertrekken. Groot pluspunt is ook een eigen, gratis parkeerplaats, in een zijstraatje tegenover het hotel.

Cons:

Pas nádat ik online geboekt had, verscheen tekst dat de receptie om 22:00 uur sloot - dat die informatie dan pas komt, is te laat. Het zou voor mij een reden zijn geweest om NIET te boeken in dit hotel. Nu moest ik me in stressvolle bochten wringen om alsnog op tijd te arriveren. Tevens werd pas na het boeken bekend gesteld dat het hotel in een lawaaierige omgeving lag. De foto's van een steiger en bootjes hadden me het tegenovergestelde laten verwachten. Overigens was het die avond gelukkig helemaal niet lawaaierig in Hoorn, in tegendeel! Een stop achter de deur van de badkamer zou misschien handig zijn, zodat de klink niet tegen de muur aan slaat. Nergens gegevens gevonden van eventuele (gratis) WIFI. De eigen parkeerplaatsen zijn aan de krappe kant, voor moderne auto's - maar wél gratis...
