Chegamos no domingo bem a noite e fomos muito bem recebidos, inclusive com um upgrade de alguns quartos. É um hotel diferente, com algumas peculiaridades, mas os quartos que utilizamos são ótimos, bem grandes e com uma excepcional vista para o mar de Hermanus.
Foi tudo muito bom, sem nada a reclamar, acho somente que o valor da diária poderia incluir café da manhã.

The Staff's courteousy and professionalism was phenominal and exceptional.Lee- Ann the lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming.
The cleaning staff were just respectful and willing to assist at any given time when they were around.
We just didn't know that we had to pay for our own Breakfast when we book with Booking.Com and that was a bit disappointing indeed.
Perfect location across the ocean with the atmosphere calm and relaxing. Neat and tidy spacious room i enjoyed. Great value for my time and experience.

What a room! What a stay!!! With the most beautiful view!!! We forgot it was winter outside! We enjoyed every minute, the private cinema gave us a very unique experience with fresh popcorn!!and the breakfast was yummy!!! Lee-Ann who made the booking was so patient and helpful, 5 stars my girl!!!!!you are a gem!!!!

Misty waves is located in the most perfect spot in Hermanus,close to the town, the rooms are spacious and very clean beautifully decorated and love the way they treat their guests esp Lee-Anne.
My daughter and I spent one night only, I wish we had more time available, we were warmly welcomed, the establishment is absolutely beautiful. However I have to say that Lee-ann made our short stay absolutely wonderful, started with a courtesy call to check if we are settled in, and asking if we need anything, being in the industry it meant a lot, as it gives me an idea of how my valued Clients will be treated if I book them at your hotel.. This morning I mentioned I'm a Tour Operator, and she immediately offered a site inspection without me asking, she's a true ambassador for the establishment. Everyone I spoke too was awesome, please be assured of my continued support.I simply love how spacious the rooms are.

The fact that someone smoked in the early hours of Sunday morning. The alarm was triggered and we where told to evaluate the building. Then when we where halfway out of the room, sorry False alarm....Not the hotels fault but I think they should at least said something when I handed in my room key...
