We have not stayed here for a while but after this visit we will definately be back
Pros:

The staff are very professional and attentive in the hotel

Cons:

We feel that there needs to be a member of staff around the pool area to look after guests
It feels like the pool belongs to the restaurant. However must add that the pool and surrounding area is very clean

Location.
Large room with a fabulous view.
Staff

Cons:

The decor is very busy-lots (& lots) of arty bits.
The breakfast area is a bit tired in places and we found it in need of a deep clean/ refresh- especially the loos and the window sills.
A few bits of crockery were chipped.
Communication through Booking.com could have been swifter- this was resolved though once identified.

Pros:

It was my fiancée's birthday and the hotel organised a nice surprise for her. It was the best surprise ever. Friendly staff from the reception to the kitchen.

Will gladly stay here again if a softer mattress is available.

All went well.

Cons:

The initial check-in assistant was surprised when learning that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and she promised that we would get a complimentary bottle of sparkling grape juice. That did not materialize. Other than that the mattress was too hard for our old bodies.

A must stay
Pros:

The staff was attentive and were able to answer any questions I had. The room was clean and was great having a spa bath to relax in. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Je pense que nous avons été surclassés. Chambre magnifique. Personnel adorable. Petit-dejeuner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, buffet et à la carte inclus : excellent.

Cons:

Humidité dans la salle de bain qui ne s'évacue pas, Ok pour un court séjour (1-2 nuits) mais nous aurait sûrement dérangés pour la suite.
