Dommage pas de restauration le soir sinon impec, personnel tres sympa.
Marvellous location and most helpful staff. The hotel is well appointed and the renovated foyer, lounge and dining room are attractive and comfortable.
The single bedrooms are very small especially if you have 2 cases. However, they are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The shower is small.
The breakfast was excellent and the lady at breakfast was very attentive
The bed was a little too firm for us and the washbasin had a big crack in it

The room conditions didn't match the photos on the site of the hotel. I've been there for 3 nights, and no one came to do the bed, or clean the bathroom and change towels, despite our complaint at the second day.

Poor water pressure (shower) on the top floor and need to wait some time for the warm water (which comes after a few mins).

Perfect location in Earls Court. A few minutes to the tube for travel to Oxford Street, Leicester Square, etc. and other lines! (Piccadilly Circus only 7 stops away direct!)
The superior single room was a great size. It’s really like having a double room and well worth the cost. My son was in the standard double room and was very comfortable there.
Both rooms lovely and bright - nice to have the mini fridge and safe. Plenty of wardrobe space, hairdryer, TV and free WiFi.

Breakfast in the morning was good. Enough options to cater for most tastes. Both hot and cold food on offer. Full cooked breakfast, continental, etc
I was disappointed that there weren’t vegan options at breakfast (aside from the alternative milk). Plant based should be a standard option on the menu.
For what we paid, this hotel offers great value. The rooms were clean, quiet (even in the middle of London), and the bed was extremely comfortable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Amamos o café da manhã! A equipe super bem preparada para servir, havia grande varieade e tudo estava uma delícia!
A localização é ótima, perto do metrô Earl's Court, em um bairro muito gostoso e próximo de museus relevantes.
A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar - havia manchas marrons no carpete e a parte de cima do arário estava cinza de tanta poeira. Isso nunca deveria acontecer, muito menos em um quarto com carpete.
Não há ar condicionado, só sai vento ou ar quente. Tinha um ventilador portátil e tivemos que usá-lo para conseguir dormir. Lá fora estava um clima agradável, mas dentro do quarto era um forno e, pra piorar, a janela não abre mais que uma pequena fresta, então não dava pra trocar o ar.
O banheiro é munúsculo e o box mal dá pra se mexer, é bem desagradável.
