Pros:

A good place to stay in London. A good location with access to public transport plus local restaurants & pubs. The hotel is comfortable & staff always welcoming & friendly.

Pros:

Even though it was a single room, the bed was very comfortable. The room was really spacious. The location is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The bus stop and metro station are both within a short walking distance, making it very convenient to get around.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned thoroughly when I first checked in. I informed the staff, an room was cleaned very well the next day and throughout the rest of my stay. More attention to cleanliness before check-in would be better.

Pros:

The location is great, the breakfast is decent, our room was ok by size but not smartly laid out considering the mezzanine

Cons:

The staff at the reception behaved like we stayed there for free, they don’t speak English or they don’t know how to say “good morning” “welcome” or “goodbye”. Not sure which one is worse.

Un hotel à choisir sans hésitation
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé, à 5 min. à pied du metro Earl's Court, dans un quartier agréable et à proximité d'une grande artère commerçante.
Petites rues charmantes (Marloe's, Stratford).
Salle de petit déjeuner très agréable donnant sur un joli jardin intérieur planté d'oliviers.
Personnel agréable.
Calme par rapport à l'extérieur.

Cons:

Des voisins de chambre bruyants qui se sont disputés et m'ont réveillee la 1ère nuit.
Oreillers trop mous pour moi.
Impossibilité d'aérer la chambre. Ouverture de fenêtre limitée.
Bruits de ventilation.

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Hotel.

Cons:

Da ich das Einzelzimmer im Dach hatte, und der Wasserdruck für die Dusche nicht ausreichend ist hatte ich ausschließlich kaltes Wasser und teilweise sehr spärlich zum duschen. Nicht schlimm für mich. Jedoch erwähnenswert.

Das Hotel ist hellhörig. Da ich 2 Nachbarn hatte, die den Fernseher an hatten, war ich vom Zimmer unter und neben mir bis früh in den Morgen beschallt.

Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel en een hele fijne kamer!
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, we waren eerder dan de inchecktijd maar onze kamer was al klaar en we mochten direct verder. Een mooie, schone en ruime kamer! We hoorden geen geluid van buiten, heerlijk als je midden in Londen zit!

Cons:

Er viel niks tegen, wat een heerlijke plek.
