Lovely relaxing stay by the canal, close to town
Pros:

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff, lovely sun terrace with pool. Our room opened right onto the sun terrace which was a nice bonus. Easy short walk down the canal path to the old town, felt nice and safe walking back along there at night too.

Good breakfast - nice pool. Bathroom fairly basic - no drying facilities for towels.

Cons:

A lift would have helped! We were asked if we needed the rooms cleaning, but not realised the answer “no” meant beds not made.

Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de ommuurde stad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede stalling voor mijn fiets en een fijne airco kamer. Goed ontbijt.

Exceptionnel, l'hôtel a dépassé nos attentes
Pros:

La qualité de l'accueil, la grande chambre avec WC et salle de bains séparés, les très bons produits de restauration, un super petit déjeuner, l'emplacement géographique, les conseils et infos du personnel, et une agréable bibliothèque à disposition.
