162 Euro die Nacht zu teuer!!!!
Pros:

Wohnung war großräumig und schön sauber

Cons:

Es war viel zu laut!! Man konnte alles hören ( Gespräch von den Nachbarn, Klospülung aus dem ganzen Haus, Glasflaschenentsorgung vom Restaurant, Müllabfuhr, Autos und Motorräder auf der Straße!)
Die Rezeption vom Hotel war nicht in der Lage uns korrekt zu erklären wo die Wohnung sich befindet, Essen in der Locanda eher mittelmäßige Qualität!

Lage, der Hotelpool, Anlage

Cons:

Essensauswahl zum Frühstück, Matratze im Hauptbett. Bei jeder Bewegung des Partners "schaukelt" man auch mit im Bett. Waren im Nebengebäude des Hotels Tulipano.

Dépendance tulipano: ampia e fornita del necessario , pulita.

punto di forza: la piscina interna coperta riscaldata accessibile ai bambini, non scontata in altre alberghi con spa. Piscina esterna con acqua bassa e scivoli per bambini, colazione inclusa anche se usi la dependance, abbastanza varia.

Die Nutzung des Campingplatzes

Cons:

Unterbringung nicht im Hotel, sondern in einem Uralt-Nebengebäude. Die Apartments stammen gefühlt aus den 70ern oder 80ern, von der Ausstattung her absolut nicht 4-Sterne-würdig. Die Türen und Fenster waren so undicht, als wären eigentlich gar keine vorhanden.

Unfreundliche Dame am Empfang.
Das die Kinder um 6:30 Uhr geschrien haben und mit den Stühlen über den Fußboden geschoben haben das ich gemeint habe sie sind in meinem Zimmer.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool
Pros:

Schöner Pool mit sehr zuvorkommenden Service an der Bar. Genug Liegen vorhanden, waren 20 Personen. Zimmer mit schöner Terrasse und Restaurant gleich neben dem Hotel.
Super ist die Tiefgarage!!!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wäre definitiv noch Luft nach oben, vor allem das Rührei aus der Packung ist einfach ungenießbar.

Für einfach übernachten und Pool absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und auch der Zugang zum Campingplatz Bella Italia mit dazugehörigen Pools und Rutschen ist sehr praktisch. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und wir konnten unser Auto in der Tiefgarage parken. Liegen und Schirme sind kostenlos. Wir waren Ende August und der Poolbereich vom Hotel war immer überschaubar gefüllt und die Poolbereiche vom Campingplatz waren doch Recht voll.
Das Appartement war schön groß und mit einer Grundausstattung befüllt. Man hätte selbst kochen können. Aussicht war auch zufriedenstellend.
Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht, Lobby und co waren gepflegt.

Cons:

Unser Appartement war leider nicht im optimalen Zustand. Der Boden muss dringend neu gemacht werden und die Klimaanlage scheint an ihre Grenzen zu kommen. Die Duschkabine ist nicht so hochwertig und sehr dünn.
Die Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet sollte man mit Vorsicht genießen wir vermuten der Mozzarella war nicht mehr gut. Auch Obst war teilweise matschig.

Déçue vraiment même dégoutée

Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très décevant, principalement à cause de l’accueil et du manque de considération du personnel.
À plusieurs reprises, nous avons eu l’impression de déranger lorsque nous venions demander quelque chose. En début d’après-midi, nous avons demandé des cocktails sans alcool et on nous a expliqué que la personne qui s’occupait des cocktails ne pouvait pas nous en préparer. Pourtant, quelques minutes après, nous avons constaté que des cocktails avec alcool étaient servis. Quelques membres du personnel étaient toutefois sympathiques, notamment au petit-déjeuner.
Concernant la réception, nous avons surtout eu le sentiment d’un manque de professionnalisme. Les trois jeunes présents à l’accueil semblaient peu informés et, malgré nos demandes en anglais, faisaient très peu d’efforts pour comprendre ou nous aider.
Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec notre appartement. Nous étions situés côté jeux pour enfants et avons très mal dormi, notamment à cause du bruit, mais aussi d’un pigeon qui a crié une grande partie de la nuit puis nous a réveillés vers 7h. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, aucune réelle solution ni considération ne nous a été proposée. On nous a simplement indiqué qu’il fallait ajouter 100 € pour obtenir un appartement familial.
Nous avons ensuite eu une fuite au niveau de la climatisation : de l’eau s’est retrouvée partout dans l’appartement. Un technicien est finalement intervenu environ trois heures plus tard, mais c’est nous qui avons dû nettoyer l’eau. On ne nous a pas proposé de changer d’appartement, même temporairement. Heureusement que nous étions présents et que nous avions mis nos affaires de côté, car elles auraient pu être complètement mouillées.
L’appartement en lui-même est également très vieillissant et mériterait une rénovation. Les rideaux, les housses de couette et plusieurs équipements donnent une impression vraiment datée.
