The staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied, the hotel is conveniently located, and there is also a café.
The room was dark, there were ants crawling around, and the furniture was old and wasn't exactly clean. Call a taxi yourself instead of asking the staff, or you'll end up paying double.

N/A - good location if you are wanting to be close to the airport/train station bit further out if you are wanting to be near the Medina though
The room was clean, the hotel had a lot of restaurants nearby and a rooftop restaurant with decent prices.
The staff was nice and the room was big.
