Cons:

Un hotel de 5 estrellas no debería cobrar 70€ por un circuito de spa. Se entiende que es un servicio incluído propio de un hotel de esa categoría. Deberían invertir en un secador de calidad para las señoras: un secador barato de Babyliss no es suficiente. Huele a quemado y se para a los 10 min. Tampoco hay botones que abra la puerta y ayude con las maletas propio de un 5*

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Toledo!
Pros:

We had a wonderful, two night stay here. The hotel is small and personal. The common areas and rooms are beautiful, traditional yet modern. The staff is attentive and friendly. And the location is perfect: close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. And we loved Toledo! Plenty of interesting sights to see, but peaceful (particularly in the evenings). Highly recommended!

Pros:

Las instalaciones, decoración, buena habitación y cama confortable.

Cons:

Podrían ser un poco más generosos con utensilios para el baño, jabón, cep dientes etc y cambiar del papel toilet más barato a uno un poco mejor. No es mucho pedir por €400 la noche

No es un hotel de 5 estrelles
Cons:

Realment no es un hotel de cinc estrelles. Van reservar una habitación superior de 28 metros i ens van donar una standard de 20 mts , quan vam .protestar van dir que no tenien lhabitacio reservada i ens en van donar una superior mes petita i res a veure amb la de la reserva i ens van cobrar lo mateix.L’esmorzar tampoc correspon a un 5 estrelles ni a un 4.A la sortida de l’hotel no hi ha ningu que ajudi amb les maletes …fatal,pero no es culpa del personal sino de la direccio.

Belle escapade au centre de Tolède dans un ancien palais historique; grande qualité des prestations
Pros:

Super séjour dans un hôtel situé dans un ancien palais historique. Personnel très disponible et efficace. Petit-déjeuner remarquable. Emplacement géographique excellent, au centre du Tolède historique. On pouvait alle à pied vers tous les pricipaux sites historiques et monumentaux.

Absoluement rien; ça aurait été un comble fortement déplacé

Calidad y confort en el centro de Toledo.
Pros:

Me han encantado todo. El desayuno es un lujo: servido en la mesa con mimo. Mucha calidad en los productos. La cama y la almohada muy cómodas, limpieza exquisita. Además, nos habían subido el equipaje a nuestra habitación porque, cuando llegamos, no estaba aún disponible aquella y tuvimos que dejarlo en recepción.

Pros:

Brautiful hotel in a perfect location. Our room was lovely with an extremely comfortable bed and beautiful decor. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price which was very reasonable given the luxurious nature of the hotel. We were delighted and would highly recommend it.

Woher hat dieses Hotel so viele Sterne?

Die Lage war ruhig und nahe am Zentrum

Cons:

Hoteleingang und Lobbi riechen nach Chlor und etwas nach Toilette. Hotel ist schlecht gesichert. Jeder kann ohne Schlüsselkarte mit den Aufzug in alle Etagen fahren. 30cm unter unserem Fenster war ein Gulli, der öfters übel roch. Mehrere Zummerfenster gehen zum ehemaligen Innenhof auf, der überdacht ist, so dass auch andere Hotelgäste durch das Fenster bequem einsteigen könnten. Fenster öffnen fiel deshalb komplett aus.
Unsere Bitte nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde unfreundlich abgelehnt. Erst als ich sagte, dass ich eine Bewertung schreibe, wurde uns ein höher gelegenes Zimmer gegeben.
