Hemos tenido una experiencia muy agradable. El lobby es precioso, un espacio con mucho encanto donde estuvimos tomando un cóctel y disfrutando del muy buen ambiente que había. El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente: todo era casero, de gran calidad y realmente delicioso. Además, los baños son amplios, modernos y completamente nuevos, lo que aporta un plus de comodidad a la estancia. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable y al que nos encantaría volver.

Llegamos en tren a Toledo y desde la estación tardamos menos de 10 minutos en taxi. Cuando llegamos era muy temprano y no tenían la habitación libre, pero nos cogieron el teléfono para avisarnos, nos fuimos a dar una vuelta por la ciudad, la catedral está a cinco minutos, las sinagogas y el museo del Greco todo muy cerca. Nos llamaron cuando estuvo lista la habitación, cosa que agradecimos. El lobby es precioso y estaba muy animado. El desayuno nos encantó, te ponen unos platitos con una selección de salados y dulces casero, muy bien de cantidad y calidad. El personal muy amable, nos sentimos muy a gusto y muy cuidados. A tener en cuenta en Toledo.

La habitación y el colchón fueron muy acogedores.
El restaurant me pareció formidable. la ubicacion del hotel es inmejorable. el servicio y el ambiente que hay me gusto muchisimo.

Fue una estancia genial. Todo el personal muy amable y profesional. Desayuno diferente con productos caseros y de buena calidad. El bar del lobby muy tranquilo y con unos cocteles muy buenos. Fuimos con un perrito y nos pusieron una camita para él, un detalle. Agradecimiento especial a Javier que nos ayudó con las maletas y acompañó a la habitación.

El lobby del hotel es una maravilla.Precioso. La barra del bar está muy bien. Cócteles muy atractivos y ostras con champán por copas.Excelentes
Recomendable aparcar el coche en parking a 50 metros del hotel. No tocar el coche, el hotel está céntrico y muy bien situado

Un alojamiento que cumplió las expectativas totalmente. El desayuno muy completo y el servicio muy amable.

La entrada ya es un espectáculo, el Lobby es lujoso y con una decoración muy cuidada, y las habitaciones con todo detalle y muy confortables. Además la atención del equipo exquisita, estuvimos de lujo. Y la ubicación de 10!

Last Wednesday, 24th June, we arrived to Toledo via Madrid. It was 40 degrees and we had travelled from Cadiz. We were not guests at the hotel and were looking far from our best. We were welcomed graciously and a table was found in the busy restaurant. The service we received from Pablo and Herman was exemplary - they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgable about the food, wine and the history of the hotel. It was a delightful evening.

A ver si alguien quiere enterarse que este hotel es un tres estrellas con aspiraciones a cuatro cuando se adecúe Quien hace la clasificación de 5 estrellas y con qué criterios ?Como se puede ocultar que no tiene garaje que es prácticamente imposible aparcar para hacer el check in? Como puede ser que en una reserva hecha en el mismo momento por el día del viernes te cobren un precio y por el del sábado otro! Como te pueden presentar al pago una factura por un día de estancia cuando ya queda otro por estar como pueden cobrar el mismo precio para una habitación doble uso single que para una habitación doble? solamente personal extranjero puede creer que un cinco estrellas en España es así Sinceramente hay alguien que viaje con frecuencia que este hotel El Eugenia de Montijo de Toledo es un cinco estrellas Revisenselo Uds por que esto quita mucha credibilidad a sus recomendaciones.

Eugenia De Monitjo is a lovely hotel in old town Toledo. It's a great location for exploring the old town and is within walking distance of many of Toledo's attractions and restaurants. We had two rooms for our family of four. The rooms were beatifully decorated and very clean, but they were on the small-side, as were the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet, and room amenities were good (robes/slippers, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron, in-room safe, bath products, etc.) Our rooms did not have views and overlooked the interior courtyard. Bedrooms and bathrooms had good lighting and a/c. Lobby and bar is really nice, and breakfast was delicious with good service. Parking is a bit of a hassle - the hotel does not have parking nor do they offer valet parking. You can park at a public garage for a fee. There is a public garage about a block or two away, but it fills quickly - that's what happened to us, so we had to park in a garage much further from the hotel. Front desk staff was courteous. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived (we arrived prior to check-in time.) The hotel held our luggage for us, but they did not store it away. It sat next to the front desk the whole time, which we didn't care for. We got drinks in the lobby bar prior to dinner (very nice bar,) and there must have been a new bartender working as my husband ordered a gin martini and it was served warm...One thing to note is that the floor of the bathroom is VERY slippery when wet. I went to a hang towel and was wearing a pair of the complimentary bedroom slippers. Well, "slippers" is the appropriate name as there was some water outside of the shower as my husband had just taken a shower, and I almost fell hard on my backside from the slippery floor (the floors are white and look lovely, but it's hard to tell if they are wet or not.) I caught myself on the shower partition with my arm and fortunately didn't fall. But I have a huge bruise on the outside of my forearm as a result. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend Eugenia De Montijo Hotel.
