Great location being in the centre of Toledo town, very welcoming reception & lovely bar area.
Our room was fantastic, with big windows overlooking the town & nice bathroom with big walk in shower.
The spa was a nice addition & included use with certain rooms. Albeit it fully underground, was nice to use.
Helpful having pre-reserved a parking space (only 2-3 available) weeks in advance, as at times local parking full. Very tight to get vehicle into the private garage for large cars, but again very convenient & guarantees you a space.
That breakfast was €28-29 to add on top of the room rate. Meaning we didn’t eat at the hotel throughout our 4 days stay.
The staff was first rate, always willing to help. They all spoke good English.
There was a bad smell in front of the elevator on the third floor.
It was overall amazing, surprisingly luxury considering it’s in the old town, you almost walk into a different world as soon as you step through the entrance.
Food menu, but I wasn’t there to eat at the hotel as we wanted to explore whilst visiting for a wedding!
The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The gym was good and provided useful equipment. The hotel is well located in a quiet part of Toledo.
The breakfast is a problem. For people on strict diets, like me, there is little choice. Food is more or less forced on you and it's difficult and awkward to keep requesting items as basic as bread and soya milk. The hotel needs to adopt a buffet style breakfast and provide food that caters for all dietary needs. The breakfast is too expensive for what you get so save your money and eat in the town.
The hotel price for a room is also expensive for the level of quality provided.

The location is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to park the car given we were in the middle of the old town.
The lobby is spectacular and nicely emphasises the building's history.
The breakfast was also very good and a really pleasant start to the day. Well done.
The rooms felt a little worn and could do with some refurbishment in places.
The aircon system was not very responsive.
