Pros:

Ótimo hotel. Bem localizado, quarto confortável e espaçoso, bom café-da-manhã e estacionamento gratuíto. Ótima vista dos Alpes. Para ir ao castelo de Neuschwanstein, recomendo ficar em Füssen, onde há movimento e atrações. Esse hotel é excelente para isso. E o próprio restaurante do hotel é bom também.

A romantic paradise just outside the old city wall
Pros:

Our "Sisi" room was very quaint - we loved how they paired the furnishing of each with its own historical figure. The breakfast was fantastic. The desk staff helped us work through a challenging problem (at least for us) with our departure train itinerary. The location just outside the old city wall couldn't have been more convenient. The hotel itself was just gorgeous inside and out.

Cons:

The WiFi was unsecured, and the capture page wasn't compatible with either of our iPhones. The desk really went the extra mile in trying to resolve the problem, but in the end I had to use all of my IT skill and help from Claude to come up with a workaround. The speed was also fairly slow once we did get connected. They really need to upgrade their entire system to meet current hotel standards.

Ich würde mir beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel nehmen.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer schönen Auswahl. Personal war sehr nett. Auf Wünsch konnten Eierspeisen bestellt werden. Ebenso verschiedene Kaffee-Varianten.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer würde wieder einmal eine Renovation vertragen. Die letzte war etwa 20 Jahre her und die Qualität entspricht nicht mehr dem 4-Sterne-Ansprüchen. Insbesondere ein Doppelbett, das 1.50 meter breit ist genügt 4-Sterne-Anfordrungen nicht. Check-in-Zeit ist 15 Uhr. bei uns war das Zimmer noch nicht bereit und wir mussten weiter warten. Wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet mit "nur noch wenige Minuten". Wenn man solche Preise bezahlt, geht so etwas gar nicht.

Schönes Haus im gediegenen bayrischen Stil, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und schönes Frühstück.
Sehr zentrale Lage mit einigen privaten kostenlosen Parkplätzen auf dem Hotelgebäude.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, für Gäste mit Bewegungseinschränkungen wäre der Zugang zur Dusche über einen hohen Wannenrand schwierig, aber es gibt sicher auch Zimmer mit anderem Bad.

Cosy stay in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location in close to the station and the bus terminus and close to host of restaurants and cafés

Cons:

Room did not have any facilities , not even an electric kettle with tea coffe as is usual

Loved the decor....the food was great....staff awsome.

Cons:

I felt we had to provide too much personal information for each of our 8 members of our group staying. I understand rules are rules, but it was a bit much for what we are used to. All in all, we all agree that we would stay again without hesitation.

Lovely historical hotel
Pros:

This hotel is almost a museum. It has a rich family history and a pleasant atmosphere that takes us back to antiquity. The breakfast is fantastic. Parking was easy to find next to the hotel. Overall, the staff are very friendly and polite.

Cons:

An important point to note is that there is no mini-fridge, coffee maker, or hot water in the room.

Great hotel to stay in Füssen.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Location great, cleanliness and organization. Exceptional breakfast. Since there’s no AC (we knew before booking), we had to open the window at night to stay cool.

Cons:

Room size a bit too small.
