An apartment in the heart of Florence
Pros:

Florence is an amazing city—the true heart of Tuscany. We had wonderful weather, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The apartment is perfectly located in the very center of the city, right on Piazza della Signoria. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The apartment is on the sixth (top) floor of the building, and there is an elevator, so carrying luggage is not an issue. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a balcony with a beautiful view of Palazzo Vecchio. The air conditioning works excellently, which is a huge advantage during the summer.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment without hesitation!

Cons:

The only aspect that could be improved, in my opinion, is the interior décor. A small refresh and a warmer, more homely atmosphere would make guests feel even more comfortable.

Fantastic location and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Right next to Piazza della Signoria which is about 150m from Uffuzi Gallery, Museo de Vecchio and a very short walk to Ponte Vecchio. Fulfil and Hectore welcomed us and we're very helpful. The apartment was clean spacious and cool, which was a must considering we visited Florence during the heatwave!

Very basic accommodation in one of the best locations in Florence
Pros:

The location couldn’t be any better and it was quiet for where the property was located. The apartment felt clean though there was a mustiness in the bathrooms.

Cons:

We had the apartment on the fifth floor with the Murphy bed for our family of four. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was incredibly slow so to not have to stand in water, the shower would have to run very low flow or be turned off. This felt yucky. The apartment was rather dark, drab and sterile. There were no luggage stands and the bedroom side tables were very small. The kitchen had minimal amenities - no paper towels, no complimentary water, no Keurig style coffee maker. The bed and pillows were stiff and not comfortable.
