Hotel Schlosskrone review
Pros:

Hotel itself was okay and the room was fine. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The staff seemed inexperienced. Our reservation was recorded incorrectly — no breakfast even though it was booked, and only one night instead of two. These were fixed, but the room keys were still programmed for just one night, so we couldn’t get in to our room when returning in the evening. Luckily it wasn’t after 22:00 when staff leaves. Also good to know: they block a deposit (total amount) before your stay and then charge your card at checkout. The original deposit is released later on, but for a while you’ve effectively paid double. On top of that, we were charged an extra 12€ (tax) on top of the Booking.com "total price".

Für drei Tage 900 €, das ist das Hotel nicht wert

Dass man über die Straße geht und dann in der City ist, ist mit Sicherheit sehr angenehm

Wellnessbereich schließt um 19:00 Uhr
Die Tiefgarage sollte nicht von einem ungeübten Autofahrer benutzt werden. Die ist sehr eng.
Wenn es heißt bis 10:30 Uhr Frühstück möchte ich bis 10:30 Uhr beim Frühstück meine Ruhe haben und nicht 20 Minuten vorher schon das Personal mit Staubsauger durch den Frühstücksraum reinigen
Zwei Tage hat die Klimaanlage getropft, genau im Lauf Bereich zur Toilette, Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption kam hier weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit .
Einen Wasserkocher sucht man in diesem Zimmer vergeben
Mit Sicherheit werden wir noch einmal nach Füssen kommen

Zentrale Lage, Füssen ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, nur nicht in diesem Hotel

Personal, Frühstücksbuffet nichts für Veganer und Vegetarier, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Tiefgarage abenteuerlich, Betten waren extrem durchgelesen, so dass wir wegen extremen Rückenschmerzen eher abreisen mussten, kein Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel, nur auf Ein-Mal-Besuchstouristen ausgerichtet, abkassieren mit wenig Service
