Brilliant choice
Pros:

The residence was amazing, nothing to fault. We had a two bed apartment, the living room gave us plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic - particularly in the heat of this summer. We loved having breakfast brought to our room and eating it in the comfort of our own apartment. Staff were great, humouring my rusty A-level French. We didn't get round to the spa, but it looked good. Location was great, a few minutes from the Jardin de Luxembourg, 15-20 minutes walk from Notre Dame. The street was very quiet, but there were many restaurants and cafes a short walk away. And there was a small convenience store opposite which was great for milk and late night snacks.

Best space for a family of 5.
Pros:

Great Location. Perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). Enjoyed the free water as well. Great restaurants at each end of the block. AC was a 8/10 (I’m American from the South)

Pros:

Location is perfect most of attractions 10 mins walk or under 5 mins to a bus, metro or train to get to all others attractions. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I can't fault the spa facilities which we managed to fit in twice during our stay, it's the perfect oasis to cool down and relax after a hot July day sightseeing. Close to many bars and restaurants.

部屋は十分な広さがあり，キッチンには必要なものが全て揃っていた。洗濯機も完備。テーブルには毎日ボトルに入った水が2種類（ナチュラルと発泡性）用意されていて助かった。何より全てのスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで感じがよく親切で，快適に過ごすことができた。インテリアもモダンでシック。ロケーションも抜群で，パリ観光には最適。素敵なアパルトマンで暮らすような感覚でパリ滞在を楽しめる。

It was really warm and felt just like home！
Pros:

Sorry for leaving this review so late! I kept traveling after my trip and only got to write this after returning home. This hotel gave me a wonderful first impression of Paris with its perfect central location, safe surroundings and great service. It has an elevator, free water, air‑conditioning and daily cleaning. I was impressed by the well‑organized housekeeping team—staff had clear roles and worked quickly while being friendly. The front desk was welcoming and made me feel at home. My friend even loved it and asked for its name to recommend to others. I didn’t want to leave and tried to extend my stay, but it was fully booked.

My only minor downsides were that the spa and swimming pool were under maintenance, and the room pen had no ink and didn’t work. Overall, a good hotel focuses on practical service rather than fancy promotions, and this one truly made me feel at home. I will definitely book this place again when I come back to Paris if rooms are available.

Location is Great and Safe.
Staff was friendly.

Air conditioning was great, bathroom was great.
I could visit the hotel again.

Cons:

I didn't like the pillows as they were too soft for me but it is a personal opinion, my wife found them okay.
Also I had not see that the room was in ground floor, but it was safe as it was not on the road.
I would prefer a room on a higher level.

The small hotel was marvelous!
Pros:

Staff was wonderful! Place was very very clean!! Location was great. There were a couple of restaurants in corner and near by. Beautiful park close to hotel was nice to walk. Our room had a small kitchen that was well equipped. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again
