Brilliant base for exploring the old town, but rather too expensive
Pros:

Location is superb though in a v busy tourist street
The hotel architecture is innovative and works well
Staff were very helpful
Coffee excellent!

Cons:

Finding the way in. We were looking for a hotel entrance; in fact it is a very anonymous looking doorway!
No hot water for the shower
People shouting at 5.30am ( not sure if this was from inside the hotel… or outside)
Breakfast was ok but not as marvellous as other reviewers claimed

Magnifique hotel au coeur de Bergame
Pros:

Superbe hotel, au personnel charmant et très attentionné. L'emplacement au coeur de Bergame est un vrai plus, facile d'accès avec le parking conseillé par l'hotel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cons:

The room (number 2) was dark and dingy and not worth the price (just under 200 euros for a twin, including taxes).was no view. I suspect it’s the worst room (other rooms appeared (from the outside) to be better

Prisvärt boende i Gamla Stan
Pros:

Att få möjligheten att bo i ett hus från 1400-talet, öppna fönsterluckor och fönster samt se ut över torget och upp mot klocktornet är svårslaget:)!
