Lovely Boutique Citta Alta Hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent location in the heart of Bergamo Alta. Small boutique style hotel. Beautifully furnished with individual antique pieces. Nothing like some generic hotels. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good quality, enough variety. Only negative is the lighting in the bedroom, although it creates a lovely atmosphere , it is a little dark. ** Tip ( Airport bus stop less than 5 minutes walk, costing €3 per journey versus €38 in a taxi)

Great location and people - definitely a great choice
Pros:

Excellent location, great people at reception, very supportive. Good breakfast - everything in a nice atmosphere and fantastic building

Cons:

We had a room to the street. Which was a bit noisy, but hey- it’s an Italian old town.

Pratique pour l’emplacement dans le centre de la citta alta et agréable
Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel. La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La chambre vraiment effet vieillotte presqu’un peu sinistre
Quand vous passez la porte de l’hôtel, une odeur de renfermé pas agréable du tout
L’accès avec des bagages n’est vraiment pas agréable parce que oui le parking est à 6 minutes à pieds mais franchement avec les valises, les sacs à dos, les rues pavés où vous faites un bruit de dingue à faire rouler vos valises, c’est gênant pour les autres donc on les a portées….

Plus jamais.
Pros:

Localisation hyper centrale. Jolie chambre.

Cons:

Parking à au moins 200m: on rejoint l’hôtel par rue pavée, et qui monte. Malgré nos demandes répétées on nous a dit de rejoindre directement le parking puis d’aller à l’hôtel: en fait on est enregistré en ZTL et il est possible de s’approcher en voiture pour décharger les bagages.
Attention L’entrée de l’hôtel est en fait un escalier miteux raide et étroit de 20 marches… très compliqué quand on est chargé.
La paroi de douche n’est pas étanche: inondation garantie.
Petit dej moyen. Café servi à la fin. La personne qui gère l’accueil et les départs géré aussi le petit dej…
D’où sortent ces 4 étoiles???

Schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, denn man ist gleich mitten in der Altstadt von Bergamo. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Buffet-Frühstück war ordentlich.

Klima-Anlage und Kühlschrank funktionierten prima, was sehr wichtig war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen.

Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, sollte man unbedingt einen Parkplatz reservieren. Er kostet zwar 25€/Nacht, aber Alternativen gibt es in der Oberstadt nicht.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war recht spärlich.
