Pros:

700 year old building with character right in the centre of the
Upper Town, the oldest part of Begamo. Most of the old town is pedestrianised. Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel recommended a restaurant 100 m away which was extremely good. We liked it so much taht we went back for a second night

Bergamo Alta è una meraviglia, viverla alloggiando in questo albergo l'ha resa ancora più bella.
Pros:

Albergo pieno di calore, molto cosy. Stanza con balconcino Deluxe e bagno bellissimi, grandi e funzionali. Colazione eccezionale. Ma la differenza la fanno le persone che ci lavorano, tutte carinissime, disponibili e gentilissime. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.

Cons:

Consiglio di cambiare i materassi, sono molto duri e hanno messo a dura prova il mio sonno.

Hotel idéalement situé, demeure et décoration stylées, personnel à l’écoute, bon petit dejeuner. Séjour agréable.

La localisation, au top.
La déco et la grandeur de la chambre.
Belle demeure, bravo.

Cons:

Pas de mitigeur dans la douche, le sèche cheveux complètement décollé. Lorsqu’on prend la douche il y a de l’eau partout car les portes ne sont pas bien isolées.
Pour un quatre étoiles, le petit déjeuner attendu mériterait un plat chaud.

Awesome Hotel
Pros:

Awesome hotel in the Upper City of Bergamo, close to the main tourist attractions in the city. The staff is amazing, and they serve a wonderful, typical Italian breakfast. When I return, I’ll definitely stay there again!
