Lovely hotel

More disappointed than pleased.
Pros:

The rooms were large and clean. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Good location.

Cons:

Full set of stairs to access the lobby which is difficult with luggage and if you have any mobility issues. All 4 rooms (family trip) were hot and had problems with the A/C and the staff were unable to help with it. This was the final stay of a 9 day trip and I thought it would be the nicest hotel based on the 4-star rating. I was disappointed.

Family stay in Bergamo
Pros:

Location so easy to walk from hotel very convenient. Loved the balcony and amazing view.

Cons:

Leaking shower and broken toilet seat but room very spacious and decorated beautifully.

Amazing stay, would pick this to stay again in Bergamo.
Pros:

Beautiful room with nice little balcony and view of neighboring hills. Right in center of cittia Alta. Amazing hospitality from front desk, we were able to leave our bags as we had arrived on an early flight. They also helped us get a taxi in the morning to the train station. Beautiful breakfast buffet!

Cons:

Bed was not the most comfortable.

Encanto en pleno centro histórico con algunos detalles a tener en cuenta
Pros:

En general, la estancia fue buena y el hotel cumple bien en muchos aspectos. Está ubicado en pleno centro histórico, lo cual es muy bonito y práctico para moverse a pie, pero hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso en coche no es fácil. Si se solicita con antelación, pueden gestionar un permiso especial, lo cual es muy recomendable.

Un punto importante es el acceso al hotel: para llegar a la recepción hay que subir unos 20 escalones bastante empinados, y esto hay que hacerlo con las maletas. El ascensor solo funciona desde la recepción hacia los pisos superiores, por lo que la subida inicial puede resultar incómoda, especialmente con equipaje.

Las camas son correctas, razonablemente cómodas. Las duchas, en cambio, están reformadas, muy limpias y son cómodas, lo cual se agradece.

En resumen, es una buena opción por ubicación y estado general, pero conviene tener en cuenta estos detalles de acceso antes de reservar.

Pros:

Das sehr schöne Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Bergamo Alta an einer Hauptgasse. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und comfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen liebenswürdig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, der Cappucino wunderbar.
Wir haben 8 Tage im Hotel und in Bergamo verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Über das Hotel gibt es absolut NICHTS Negatives zu sagen. Aber wir haben uns sehr darüber gewundert, dass die meisten Gäste nur für eine oder höchstens zwei Nächte bleiben, denn Bergamo hat so viel zu bieten und das Hotel eignet sich bestens für einen richtigen Ferienaufenthalt.
