Location, location, location! friendly welcoming staff.
Pros:

Exceptional location right at the heart of the old town and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't really 4 star - nothing hot, only one type of egg eg; no plain fresh croissants

Right in the Heart of Bergamo Old Town
Pros:

We loved the room and the staff here. The breakfast was beautiful with a delicious selection of breads, pastries, cold meats, cheese and a few sweet treats. Lovely juice and coffees too. The old town of Bergamo is gorgeous and is right at outside the front door.

Cons:

I was hoping for a view but just got a rooftop of the building across the lane. It was a bit tricky to find with only a small doorway and a small sign at street level.

Très belle situation géographique. chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Suggestion d’amélioration à apporter pour le petit déjeuner. Proposer peut être différentes variétés d’œufs en dehors des œufs durs.

Pros:

All just fabulous thank you.
Bus number one to Fermatta 443 Della Mura ...very easy then a short walk to the hotel...much easier that the funicular.
Such a lovely place. And a lift...a few steps up to the reception, but the kind lady will carry your bag up for you, if you find difficulty.
And breakfast tops.

Stayed for 2 night being a family of 4 with 6,10 year old girls. We all absolutely loved the hotel couldn’t fault it and

Immaculate throughout, if I ever imagined what an Italian hotel would look like it would look like this one.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like and this was really minor was the water build up on the balcony of our room.

there for 2 nights . right in the centre of the old town . really enjoyed the stay .
Pros:

location amazing - breakfast very good - the air conditioning actually worked and was very effective that is unusual for most places we have stayed in in Italy .

Cons:

we were in room 2 on the first floor . there are no curtains and we were level with a street light right outside the window . So it was like daylight all through the night . luckily my wife brought a sleeping mask with her or she would not have been able to sleep as any light keeps her awake . maybe they need to install a blind ?

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor de oude stad
Pros:

We werden bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen duidelijke uitleg, ook vooraf over de milieuzone en de parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van een koelkastje. De badkamer was zelfs verrassend groot, met een goede douche.

Het hotel heeft veel trapjes, maar gelukkig ook een lift. De ligging is ideaal voor een bezoek aan de oude stad. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en netjes. Zeker een aanrader.
