Great location and lovely boutique stay
Pros:

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were warm and welcoming and we even had a lovely welcome note and drink. Staff were so helpful on the arrival and also booked us a taxi on the departure. The hotel is close to the city centre and we easily got around and well located. The patio/courtyard was peaceful and designed really well. We also had everything we needed in our stay.

Cons:

There was some Maintanance work happening at the property but nothing that you would notice during the stay.

Excellent front-desk service, but an unacceptable room situation
Pros:

The gentleman working at reception was extremely helpful and professional and did everything he could to help us after the problem with our room was discovered. He found us another hotel nearby, and Casa 1800 refunded our reservation. His handling of a very difficult situation was excellent.

Cons:

We booked a Superior Room for our wedding anniversary, but after checking in and carrying our luggage to the room, we discovered that the room we had been assigned was under construction and could not actually be occupied.

The hotel was full, so there was no other room available for us. We had parked about half a mile away, and I had already walked to the hotel to check in and confirm the parking situation, walked back to the car for our luggage, and then walked back to the hotel before discovering the problem.

The replacement hotel was about 0.2 miles away, but the room was substantially smaller, more basic, and noisier because it was on a busy square. The entire situation took roughly two hours, and we weren't finally settled until around 8 PM, which was particularly disappointing because this was supposed to be a special anniversary evening.
I contacted the hotel that night and was initially offered a 10% discount on a future stay.

Management later apologized and increased the offer to 30%, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the response came too late to make any difference during our trip. We had been seriously considering Casa 1800 Sevilla for our next stay, but by the time management responded, we had already made other arrangements.

The gentleman at reception did an excellent job trying to recover the situation, but a guest should never be checked into a room that is under construction and unusable in the first place.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento. Cómodo muy atenta la chica de la recepción y la hab tiene un plus de secador y plancha de cabello que no lo tienen casi ningún hotel. Agua, té y café en la habitación sin costo. Me encantó.

Cons:

Overall the experience was good, and they had quick service for the things we asked them for, but we were in our honeymoon with my wife and they had constant construction going on at our door (011) the whole time we were there. There would also be people talking loudly as early as 8AM all throughout the day. We asked for a romantic package with flowers, wine, chocolate, but wine and chocolate came only after we arrived to our room. I would rate the experience 6/10.

The shower could have been better with an adjustable height shower head permanently installed instead of just the rain shower head (difficult if you are not planning to wash your hair).

Perfect for our needs
Pros:

Friendly efficient check in. The location is excellent. Breakfast was calm and buffet style with a nice selection of juices, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and pastries etc. Cava was available so I had a Buck’s Fizz which was a lovely touch. Good shower, comfy bed and plenty of storage for a 2 night stay. We checked out very early on the 2nd day so they provided us with a bagged breakfast for our onward journey.

Cons:

There was some renovations going on which we were only made aware of on arrival. The table in the room housing the kettle etc was very small which made making tea/coffee a bit fiddly.

Exceptional Facility that surpassed my Expectations
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Very professional and helpful on so many levels. From ensuring that the room was comfortable (they arranged for an extra bed) to helping answer many questions about sites to visit, getting tickets to performances, tours etc. The atmosphere was charming even though they were doing some general maintenance, it was all very discrete. Breakfast was delicious and the inclusion of Merienda (snack) was a nice surprise! Oh and the location seriously could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was exceptional. I can't even think of anything that they could improve on. : )
