Cons:

Very noisy, we could hear toilets flushing, people washing/showering, coming and going. Every time someone turned on a tap or flushed their toilet our shower dripped heavily - not good when you have to get up at 6am. No window for natural light, felt a bit like a cell.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Etwas kleine aber liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Wir hatten allerdings auch Einzelzimmer.
Sehr zentrale Lage.
Parkhäuser in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die sehr zentrale Lage führt dazu, das einige Zimmer zur Straße hin nachts etwas laut sein können, vor allem Freitags direkt an der "Tapasmeile" Calle Navas.
Parkhäuser sehr teuer, für die die mit dem Auto kommen. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes.

Palace con mucho encanto
Pros:

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas, es un palacete encantador, cuidado, confortable y con mucho encanto. La limpieza excelente, habitación bonita y ubicación excelente. La recepción super amable. El desayuno aunque no muy variado, había más calidad de lo habitual. Volveremos a Granada y volveremos al Palacio de los Navas.

Cons:

Para bajar las maletas hay que dejar el coche en una calle paralela (hay un parking de pago cercano) y entrar con ellas en el hotel hay que superar un escalón. Es lo único que vimos negativo.

Hotel in centro. Lo consiglio
Pros:

Piccolo hotel davvero delizioso, situato in un palazzo storico completamente ristrutturato, in una posizione centrale e comodissima per visitare la città e piena di localini.
Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con un bagno grande e particolarmente comodo. Il letto è comodissimo e si nota in ogni dettaglio quanto la struttura sia curata e ben tenuta.
Molto piacevole anche l’angolo sempre a disposizione degli ospiti, dove è possibile prendere tè e biscotti in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
La colazione non offre una quantità enorme di prodotti, ma è molto curata e di ottima qualità.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Davide alla reception, gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha aiutato anche con l’acquisto dei biglietti per l’Alhambra, dandoci un prezioso aiuto nell’organizzazione della visita.
Per chi arriva in auto, c’è un parcheggio nelle vicinanze al costo di 17,50 € al giorno, molto comodo considerando la posizione centrale dell’hotel.
Hotel super consigliato! Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Cons:

Forse l'unico piccolo difetto è che in alcune stanze si sente un po' il rumore della gente che festeggia nei locali.
