Amazing stay would love to stay again
Pros:

This was a wonderful family run hotel and it was very clean, had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake from the room terrace and from the bar terrace is exceptional. The food and drinks at the bar were wonderful. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property to any one visiting.

Cons:

The only thing we found was the distance from tremezzo town the hotel itself is up on the mountain. They have a shortcut to walk to town but it is steep. We didn’t mind and got some taxis but found they were priced high at 20-25€ for only a 3-4minute drive but all the drivers were really friendly and helpful so we didn’t mind the price

Our stay was truly wonderful. We especially appreciated the professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, and the kindness and friendly attitude of all the staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Fantastique de part l'hôtel, ses propriétaires et son environnement
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et très confortables, excellente vue sur le lac. Situé sur les hauteurs, très calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins, d'une gentillesse incroyable et qui s'exprime dans votre langue, très facilitant, aidant à prendre les réservations pour les restaurants. Nous reviendrons. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique en choix et fraicheur. Belle piscine vue sur lac.

Eine absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Ein kleines verstecktes Schmuckstück oberhalb des Comersee in Tremezzo. Sowohl die Besitzer, als auch das Personal waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Man fühlte sich von Minute 1 sehr wohl. Es ist überall sauber und es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und als "Draufgabe" hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Dafür, dass es gemütlich und ruhig ist, muss man die kleine Bergwertung vom Ort zum Hotel in Kauf nehmen. Wer lieber mit dem Auto fährt kann oberhalb der alten Schule gratis parken und von dort ein paar Minuten in den Ort und zur Schiffsanlegestelle gehen. Beim Pool stehen genug Liegen zur Verfügung.

Fue una estancia increíble. El personal es muy muy amable, el hotel es precioso y es un sitio perfecto para el descanso. Destacaría las vistas, la zona de la piscina, el aparcamiento privado y las terrazas para el desayuno. El desayuno también estaba genial. El personal en todo momento está pendiente de que todo esté a tu gusto y a la llegada te explica todo lo que necesitas saber sobre tu estancia en su hotel y sobre las actividades turísticas de la zona, transporte, etc. Me ha encantado.

Cons:

Nada destacable. Solo un día la ducha no tenía mucha presión, pero no tuvo mayor importancia.
