The Jacuzzi and outdoor pool season starts on June 1, 2023 and ends on September 30, 2023. Opening hours are at 11 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La ubicación era cómoda para una noche de paso
No estaba limpio tanto telarañas en las lámparas de zonas comunes como habitaciones. En la mía habían unos 40 mosquitos pequeños que adverti en recepción y a la hora me ofrecieron otra habitación. Tenía un niño de 6 años malo ya dormido y finalmente por no despertarlo me quedé en la misma. Además en estas circunstancias pedí comida a glovo y me hicieron bajar por la pizza y dejar al niño solo en la habitación por no dejar subir al repartidor. Creo que en circunstancias excepcionales deberían ser más flexibles y hacer un ejercicio de empatía.
No me gustó, al llegar y pagar la habitación, detecto en la app del banco después del pago y aparte una retención de 100 €, lo comento en la recepción, y dicen que es una práctica habitual. El motivo es por si el cliente ROBA, FUMA EN LAS INSTALACIONES, O CREA DESPERFECTOS. Mucha desconfianza. Pero llego a la habitación y la nevera no funcionaba y las paredes de la habitación estaban que daba asco, sucias de escupitajos y manchas de café. Lo advertí en recepción y me la cambiaron, pero la otra habitación tenía la cisterna del inodoro rajada. Muy mala experiencia. Nada recomendable
