Excelente atención, estadía y muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El alojamiento es muy bonito y la habitación también, cómoda, acogedora y muy bien cuidada. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, incluyendo las toallas, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable.

Nos gustó mucho que la habitación contara con cafetera, un detalle que se agradece, y las zonas comunes eran muy cómodas y agradables. Además, la ubicación es excelente: está a pocos pasos de la estación del tren y muy cerca de las principales zonas turísticas, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad sin inconvenientes.

Por si fuera poco, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos a hospedarnos.

Espectacular
Pros:

Las chicas de recepción fueron súper amables y nos recomendaron sitios donde comer, comprar y visitar y la habitación tiene techo alto con aire acondicionado y lavabo y de todo. Añadir que está cerca del tren por lo que se agradece después de hacer alguna distancia larga

El hotel es impecable! Y el.personal igual. Muy amables y te resuelven cualquier duda. Hasta nos mandaron buenas recomendaciones por WhatsApp con sitios para comer,tomar algo y incluso heladerías.
La ubicación está genial,muy cerca del centro pero al mismo.o tiempo en una calle tranquila.
Si volvemos a Florencia, sin duda volveré a alojarme alli.
Para no olvidarme,muy comodo el servicio de parking. Ya que no tie en suyo propio,colaboran con uno privado y te recogen el coche del mismo hotel y te lo traen cuando lo necesitas.

Pros:

El personal ha sido encantador, las dos recepcionistas muy amables y siempre listas para ayudar en cualquier cosa. La habitación era muy cómoda y suficientemente grande, el baño también estaba muy bien y todo muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, muy necesario con estos días de calor y después de patearte la ciudad.
