Pros:

La ubicación genial, esta muy cerca de todo caminando. La habitación grande y linda, moderna.
El baño cómodo, buena ducha.
El personal muy bien, y el hotel tiene como un especie de cuartito para hacerte un cafe y/o tomar algo.
La verdad que para lo que estábamos buscando era muy cómodo.

Cons:

No es que no nos gustó, pero se ve que múltiples hoteles en italia son como diferentes cuartos ubicados en pisos de un edificio, y capaz eso es medio raro. Pero nada que moleste o dificulte la estadía.

Localização sensacional, quarto com um excelente tamanho, cama confortável, chuveiro bom !! Nós gostamos muito. Fomos com nosso filho de 8 anos.

Ótima localização, pratico por ser ao lado da estação. Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Não sei se são em todos os quartos, mas no meu tinha um degrau entre o quarto e o banheiro. Achei perigoso pois estava com idosos.

I would recommend staying here and I enjoyed my time here.
Pros:

Great location, close to the train station, good market and all! It's clean, modern and the staff were friendly. Great for solo travelling too!

Good hotel, but the receptionist is not very intelligent
Pros:

Modern renovation, good location, and clean bed linen.

Cons:

Terrible laundry service. I asked for laundry because I needed my clothes clean and dry by the next day. The staff said there was no electric dryer, only a 1200 rpm spin cycle, and warned me it might rain. I specifically suggested drying the clothes in my room on a drying rack, but I was told they had a place to dry them.

The next morning, my clothes were returned wet because they had been hung outside in the rain. The only explanation was: “I warned you it would rain.”

This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of common sense and care. If you use laundry service here, make sure to clearly say that your clothes must not be hung outside in the rain — apparently this is not obvious to the staff.
