Cons:

Confort oreiller et matelas, un peu de bruit le soir surtout quand vous avez la chambre tout de suite au rez-de-chaussée apres le hall d'accueil

Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Hotel Villa Cappugni. Hotelul este amplasat într-o zonă liniștită, cu un peisaj specific Toscanei, perfect pentru relaxare. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și amenajată cu bun gust.
Personalul a fost amabil, primitor și mereu dispus să ofere informații și ajutor. Micul dejun a fost variat, cu produse proaspete și de calitate. Atmosfera este elegantă și relaxantă, iar locația este excelentă atât pentru a vizita Pistoia, cât și pentru excursii în Florența, Pisa sau Lucca.
Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc un sejur liniștit, servicii de calitate și ospitalitate autentică italiană. Cu siguranță o să revenim!

Skønt sted med gode og moderne faciliteter
Pros:

Et dejligt sted med rigtig fine faciliteter. En god blanding af hotel og lejlighed. Vi havde et lille køkken med et par kogeplader og et lille køleskab. Flot udsigt over bjergene fra altanen. Lækker stor pool, tennisbane og fodboldbane. Personalet har meget venlig og flinke. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Zeer leuk verblijf gehad, in een mooi appartement!
Pros:

Wij huurde een appartement. Het was een modern, nieuw appartement. Zwembad was leuk, meer dan genoeg plaats (in het weekend iets drukker, want iedereen mag komen zwemmen, maar ook dan nog genoeg ruimte). Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Wij vonden het jammer dat je niet buiten kon ontbijten. De ontbijtruimte is wat onpersoonlijk. 1 koffiezetapparaat was te weinig voor het aantal gasten.

Ottima colazione e bar della piscina. Ampio parcheggio.

Cons:

Non si cacciano i clienti paganti dall'area della piscina e alle sette di sera. Non è il modo, e le 19 in estate è ancora veramente presto. Se siamo due clienti paganti la camera, perchè mi date solo un telo per la piscina e l'altro me lo fate pagare?
