Lovely staff and a great location but the rooms need a make over

Coffee machine for coffee in the morning

Cons:

The photos promised more than the reality
The rooms were tired looking
The facilities in the double room didn’t always work
The lift was slow and occasionally unresponsive
On our first morning the hot water wasn’t working and we had to request that it be turned up

Cons:

Der Blick in einen Schacht war nicht schön und bei dem extrem warmen Wetter am 26.5. konnte man das Zimmer nicht gut lüften. Bei meiner Frühen Buchung im Januar hätten wir gehofft wenigstens 1 Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gracht zu bekommen!

Pros:

Disponibilità dello staff, la posizione e la possibilità dell'angolo vivande per bere caffè the e acqua fresca, c'erano anche le mele, ma non le ho prese.

Cons:

Forse la mia camera era un po' piccola da portarsi solo l'essenziale. Non so le altre però.

Located in good location of city. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

No air conditioning weather was too hot in that days ,no fresh air in the room because window close to next building . Didn't gave us plug for bathtube . Price doesn't match with quality.
