I suggest that all hotels clearly mention the room’s floor or location (such as basement, ground floor, or upper floor)
Pros:

Location was amazing, also staff were so friendly.

Cons:

The room was located in the basement, which was not mentioned in the booking details. Unfortunately, there was no proper ventilation, making the room uncomfortable. In addition, the room had only one electrical outlet, so we had to choose between using the fan or charging our mobile phones, as it was not possible to do both at the same time.

Pros:

The room was small but perfect as we only slept there! No breakfast facilities but plenty of good spots nearby. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Very friendly staff.

Perfeita, a equipe fantastica, destaco Mohammed e Ahmed que nos orientou sobre a cidade e passeios.
Pros:

Excelente escolha. O hotel é perfeito para quem gosta de explorar o turismo à pé. Além de ser em frente a um dos mais lindos canais, o que nos permitiu aproveitar ate a noite, mesmo que conversando e tomando um vinho na frente do hotel.

Cons:

Nada que nao tenhamos gostado, foi tudo perfeito.

Great location, perfect for a one night stopover in Amsterdam right next to the canals and vondelpark
Pros:

Location is great, very friendly, nice coffee and chilled water available in the lobby

Cons:

The downstairs rooms are near staff rooms which smell like cigarette smoke and the corridors smell Smokey.
