The location, we had a previous stay at the hotel and this was very good, that’s why we booked again. Also our previous experience we had with the breakfast was very good.
The breakfast, we came down at 8:00 for breakfast. A big group was before us and they ate everything. There was only some baguette left. My wife asked nicely to the kitchen staff if something else is still available. She got the feedback that for the groups there is another standard. After us some other family came, which experienced the same thing. The husband of this family went to complain to the manager, and than it did appear other stuff at the breakfast. My wife thought this was very unfair, and also went to the manager. He proposed her the payback of the breakfast, which she thought is a good idea. Eventhough they couldn’t pay back immediately, because it was weekend. But they would pay back on monday. We are now two weeks later, I needed to give my bank account second time. We also got the feedback that they will not risk their reputation on this, but objectively I need to see that there is no money on the account. So I feel cheated, because it was promised to us.
La chambre était dans un état indigne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : vétuste, sale et avec un sérieux problème d’hygiène. Il y avait de nombreux moustiques dans la chambre et, une fois les lumières éteintes, nous avons constaté que des insectes ressemblant à des blattes se déplaçaient sur le plafond.
La situation était telle que nous avons préféré quitter l’hôtel à 23 h, plutôt que d’y passer la nuit.
Une expérience extrêmement décevante et des conditions qui ne correspondent absolument pas au standing annoncé de l’établissement.

Prima hotel wanneeer je op doorreis bent. Ontbijt oké qua prijs-kwaliteit. Toen onze kamer nog niet schoongemaakt bleek, werd dit snel en goed opgelost.
Hotel is enigszins verouderd en niet heel sfeervol. Locatie ook niet erg inspirerend.
