FANTASTICO!!!!
Pros:

Sono stati 8 giorni fantastici in questo alloggio! Siamo stati accolti da Joel, il proprietario che è una persona gentile e disponibile. Ci ha trattato benissimo. Ogni giorno fa trovare pane fresco fuori dalla porta della stanza. Inoltre ti fa trovare anche latte,caffè e frutta.
Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura se vuoi sentirti come a casa!! Se dovessimo tornare a Madeira, sicuramente prenoterò ancora qua. Ne vale la pena!!!

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. We had fresh bread everyday. The host was very friendly and offered advise on surrounding area. It was our first visit to Madeira. It's a beautiful island and I hope to go back to visit and relax soon.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like - except for the mountainous roads which were a bit more challenging to navigate. Otherwise it was a very pleasant trip.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich, direkt bei unserer Ankunft empfangen und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber, Joel und sein Sohn Bruno, sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und mehr als hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns in allen Belangen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. So hatte man nach langen Ausflügen ein Gefühl von nach Hause kommen, das hat uns sehr gefallen.Vor dem Haus war auch immer ein Parkplätze über wenn wir nach unseren Ausflügen zurück kamen, so mussten wir nie lange suchen. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage der Vila Marta war für uns einfach traumhaft, man war nicht mitten im Trubel von Funchal aber mit dem Auto in unter 10 min mitten drin. Alle Zimmer haben eine  Traumhaften Meerblick und da wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen (die uns hervorragend geschmeckt haben) bekamen haben wir sehr gerne auf dem großen Balkon gefrühstückt und die wunderschöne Kulisse genossen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Madeira kommen, dann wieder sehr gerne in die Vila Marta zu Joel und Bruno.

Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, codziennie rano świeże bułki, pokoj sprzątany codziennie, na pożegnanie właściciel dał nam tradycyjne maderskie ciasto co było bardzo uprzejme z jego strony. Hotel zdecydowanie na plus.

Pros:

The room is as on the pictures, the bed is very confortable.

Cons:

Location. It is on a very steep hill, and even to get home from the bus we had to walk uphill. Only the bus 04 would take you closer, but is not a frequent one. The road is quite busy and noisy due to the slope. To get to the beach it was a long walk steep down ending in high steps.

Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.
Die gute Lage der Ferienwohnung. Man wohnt hier zentral zu allen Zielpunkten, ob Porto Moniz oder Santa Cruz und ist in weniger als 15 Minuten in Funchal. Der tägliche Brötchen Service jeden Morgen ist top und es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das unaufhörliche Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft war manchmal nervend.

Pros:

Location/view was nice, decent facilities, staff were nice and room was cleaned everyday

Cons:

Location is far away from the main city, for the price more should be offered, a bigger TV, more commodities in the room like an adaption plug or more foods, the whole place felt old fashioned

Pros:

Das Studio war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und im persönlichen Kontakt immer bemüht, alle Fragen zu beantworten und behilflich zu sein. Ein kleiner Balkon war auch dabei. Morgens gab es frische Brötchen an die Tür gehängt, darüber haben wir uns besonders gefreut. Bushaltestelle ca. 5 min entfernt, Fahrt in die Stadt dauert 20 min. Weiter Ausblick bis zum Meer.

Cons:

Die Busverbindung ist etwas unregelmäßig, da musste man schon immer auf den Fahrplan schauen. Busse aber sehr pünktlich.

Super verblijf in Vilamarta
Pros:

Het supervriendelijk onthaal door vader en zoon met goede tips, behulpzaamheid en dienstbaarheid.
Daarnaast ook de broodjes aan de deur in de morgen, en de kamer dienst inclusief de vaat wassen.

Cons:

Enkel het geluid van het verkeer uit de vallei.

Pros:

I had a really great stay at Vila Marta. The location is excellent and the area is lovely. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony, which I really enjoyed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Majitelé o nás velmi pečovali, ráno pečivo, balenou vodu nám nechali donést, ta se ukázala jako nutná.
Také nám nabídli jednodenní výlety s autobusem a průvodcem. To bylo dobré.

Cons:

Neměli jsme půjčené auto, tak naše doprava i nákupy byly složitější. Autobus jel ve všední den po půl hodině a o víkendu po hodině
