Fantastic would definitely stay again.
Pros:

You literally can not beat the location. Public transportation right around the corner. Lots of shops and restaurants/cafes.

Cons:

The bathroom was super small.

Kamers waren schoon, maar een lift is wenselijk.
Pros:

Ontbijt hebben we niet gebruikt.

Cons:

Een lift. Vier etages op en aflopen zonder lift met koffers is voor ouderen te zwaar.

Schlechtes Frühstück, mäßiges Zimmer, gute Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute, ruhige und zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war schlecht: billige Produkte (durchgehend Discounter-Qualität), abgelaufene, ranzige Margarine, klebriges Besteck, keine laktosefreie/Hafermilch, nur schwarzer Kaffee, der sehr scharf/sauer geschmeckt hat, das Obst wirkte teilweise wie am Vortag aufgeschnitten. Es ist definitiv nicht zehn Euro pro Person wert!
Das Ausziehsofa hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht, es ist wohl schon älter. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, keine Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Doppelbett war bequem, Ausstattung sonst in Ordnung.
Zimmer zwar ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen, aber sobald jemand in der Etage oberhalb sich bewegt hat, sehr hellhörig (leider auch nachts um Fünf).
Parkmöglichkeiten bei Booking missverständlich formuliert, es gibt zwar Parkhäuser ganz in der Nähe, die Kosten aber 23 Euro für 24 Stunden.

Leuk Hotel in binnenstad Heidelberg. Auto wel parkeren in parkeergarage P4 voor max 20,- per 24 uur

Pros:

Perfect location in Heidelberg Old Town. The staff are very friendly, warm and gentlemanly. They kindly helped us retrieve our lost mobile phone. It’s close to all attractions and the train station, extremely convenient. Great stay, highly recommended!

Für uns passte das Hotel hinsichtlich Lage und Komfort bestens. Das angeführte sind Luxusprobleme.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und nett serviert - ein guter Start in den Tag.
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Unser Fenster ging in den Hinterhof und so war es speziell ruhig.
Je nach Bewohner oben, kann Trittschall auftreten.
Allergikerfreundliche, unparfümierte Bettwäsche schätzte ich.

Cons:

Durch W-LAN hohe Strahlenbelastung - ohne, wäre es eine Oase der Erholung.
Seifenspender mit billiger und stark entfettender Seife.
In manchen Ecken könnte besser geputzt werden, z.B. oben am TV-Brett.
Auch die Storen könnten mal gewaschen werden. Wegen den schönen hohen Räumen eine aufwendige Sache sicherlich.
