Great location in the old town. Friendly staff. Very clean. No ac but cool inside even with 33 degrees outside and there was a fan which we did use. I really liked that it was a traditional courtyard building with chairs under a tree. Not plush but just right for us and bed was comfy. Lift as well which was good as I found the beautiful old wood staircase a bit difficult. And parking available in the courtyard too. Tours is a really great city with loads of street cafes and shops. Also had an aquatic park and other outside spaces. We used it as a setting off point to cycle along the Loire.

The hotel is at a good location, close to the city center so we were able to walk everywhere.
The hotel itself is cute, charming, but a bit "old".
The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was alright, not sure it was worth what it cost - but there are plenty of options around as well.
I would stay here again if in the area - just probably not in summer.
The floors are squeaky, so if you're on a lower level you can hear the people above.
There is no air conditioning, and unfortunately we were there during the "heat wave". They provided a fan which was not powerful enough to help much, I spent the night awake, sweating! Not their fault there was a heat wave, but a ceiling fan would have done a better job, or a widow AC.
Parking was advertised, but not many spots are in fact available.

Absolutely charming building, close to all the sights in the old town of Tours, with a lovely little front yard to sit in. Delightful staff. Not flashy, but pretty, unspoiled and friendly. The real thing.
Nothing to dislike!
A big plus was the on-site car parking. Also it was within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, the Musee des Beaux Arts and Rue Colbert, with its restaurants and bars.
No a/c although a fan was provided and the balcony doors could be opened for air flow
Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Fijn dat de auto bij het hotel achter een gesloten hek geplaatst kon worden. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Prima ontbijt.
Geen airco, wel een ventilator.
