Kvalita ubytovani neodpovida cene. Neni vhodne pro pobyt s detmi.
Pros:

Personal byl pratelsky a se vsim pomohl.

Snidane byly vynikajici.

Pokoje i cely hotel byly ciste a uklizene.

Cons:

Zabookovali jsme si Apartman Junior v ocekavani, ze bude alespon trochu prizpusoben pro pobyt s malym ditetem (zustavali jsme na vice noci). Bohuzel se jedna o standardni hotelovy pokoj, pouze o trochu vetsi. Krome detske postylky tam nebylo nic, co by pobyt s malym ditetem usnadnilo (napriklad jen maly kos v koupelne pod umyvadlem, zadne nadobi atd).

Navic pokoje jsou v pomerne spatnem technickem stavu. Museli jsme zmenit pokoj kvuli rachtajici klimatizaci, jen aby v nahradnim byla situace jeste horsi - klimatizace bohuzel prilis nechladila, lednicka naopak topila tak, ze jsme ji radeji vypnuli, a pokojove dvere nesly zamknout. Uz jsme ale nemeli silu to dale resit a chtit dalsi vymenu, tak jsme se situaci radeji smirili.

Hotelova restaurace je pomerne draha, na druhou stranu jidla byla vzdy chutna a obsluha prijemna. Dojem ale velmi kazil podivny zapach, asi z kuchyne, kvuli kteremu jsme vzdy radsi utikali na venkovni terasu.

Easy to get to

Cons:

In a different building, and stairs light didnt work, so called reception and he came immediately. Clean but carpet a bit tired. And as a lone woman would rather main building when arriving late.

Location, pool.

Cons:

During check-in we were informed that we have booking without breakfast and were offered to order it at spot for 350CZK/person. We found on hotels website that it is offered for 300CZK for walk-in persons who do not even stay overnight. That we found weird…

Velfungerende og fint hotel
Pros:

Rent og fint værelse. God morgenmad med stort udvalg. Dejligt poolområde. Fin og stor parkeringsplads (mod betaling)

Cons:

Man skal vide at hotellet ligger ved store sportshaller/træningsbaner. Derfor er der store grupper, som bor på hotellet (træningslejr).Store grupper børn, unge og unge voksne kan til tider optage hele poolområdet.

Not good value for money. No housekeeping service
Pros:

Room was clean and food was nice

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping service to make beds/change towels etc. The towels were small and was wet after 1st shower and never dried or replaced. No extra pillows either.
Air conditioning in room didnt do much cooling and windows didnt open, so hot nights.
In contrast the outdoor pool was very cold - not obviously heated
Breakfast could not be paid for on tab and had to be purchased as a voucher in advance from reception but receptionist did not tell us this when we asked about breakfast the night before. We only found out when we weren't allowed into the restaurant without a large paper receipt. All other meals were payable on room account.
We had to pay for parking in the huge hotel car park despite discovering we could park for free on the street outside. Was not warned in advance

Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent facilities with the pool and the gym.
Restaurant and breakfast were very and good and provided a gluten free option.
Room was well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

Air-conditioning needed repairing in the hotel (but the staff were aware and measures were already being taken.
TV was outdated and didn't allow casting from phone or tablet.
