Très bien situé.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, et très propre, la salle de bain, nous avons eu droit à une baignoire , ainsi que des petits produits. Nous avions aussi la climatisation et une petite télé. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’était un buffet, il y avait des viennoiseries, du pain, des céréales, du café ainsi que d’autres produits et des jus de fruits Nous étions très près du centre historique ainsi que de la cathédrale. Rapport qualité prix hôtel était bien. La literie est très très confortable.

Cons:

Il serait bien de mettre des verres neufs ainsi que des tasses et des couverts. Les parkings gratuit sont à 23 minutes de l’hôtel et il n’est malheureusement pas possible de faire autrement. Nous y avons laissé une autre voiture charger toute la nuit.

Excelente ubicación en un ambiente muy tranquilo
Pros:

La excelente ubicación muy cerca de la catedral en una calle muy tranquila, aunque la habitación y sobre todo el baño se ve antiguo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno genial mucha variedad

Cons:

En el baño faltaba algún accesorio y otros estaban algo deteriorado

Pros:

The hotel was lovely , traditional Spanish and particularly in the style of Toledo with the massive beans supporting an internal patio. We had one of the attic rooms (308) with a patio with views to die for of the cathedral, particularly at night all lit up! The location was brilliant

Cons:

Nothing, a small thing perhaps a kettle and tea/coffee but that is playing into my English/Australian sensitivities so no real big deal at all

Muy lindo Hotel con muy MALO Recepcionista
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la catedral. Toledo es todo parriba-pabajo. Hay que eligir un beun punto de partida. Eurico es muy central.

Gran pieza, con gran bagno, limpio. Linda terraza, que vale la pena, vista a la catedral y los alrededores.

Personal de mantención muy amable.
Recepción: Muy agradable la senora del 13 y el senor pelo largo del 17.
NO asi los otros 2, véase abajo.

Cons:

NO hay refri/mini-bar. NO funciona el room-safe (cerrado, pila muerta).
Desayuno NO vale la pena (alternativa: Café Mutelot). 1r día tenía que dar una naranja y el (único) kiwi a la cocina, "compost". Pero eso son detalles.

Lo que realmente molestó es un tipo de recepción (pelo corto), que tenia turno el 14 y 15.07.: Inútil. Creído. Mentiroso.

Aparente% el Hotel solo tiene 1 control remoto A/C para todos. Hay que pedirlo en recepción, ajustar el A/C, devolverlo. Así nos indicó recepción al llegar. No hay problema. Bueno, el 14 pido el c.remoto. Tipo dice (vers. 1): NO hay, todo el hotel tiene ctrl central, todos la misma temperatura. Le comento lo de su colega. Vers 2: Saca el C.R. OK, vamos y yo ajusto. No quiero eso, quiero el C.R. NO hay caso. Noche de 15, chica pelo negro: Pido el C.R. Ella, vers. 1: No hay. La indico el cajón con el C.R.. Vers. 2, una sonrisa tipo "I-lie-You-Know-I-Don't-Care": Mi jefe dice, que está roto. Te mienten en la cara, amb@s.

Sugerencia: Despedir ese tipo, y YA.
