Tres estrellas bastante justas.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena , el aparcamiento fatal, hay un garaje cerca pero si no tienes suerte y está completo el otro garaje está bastante lejos.
El desayuno es bastante justito .
El personal agradable y atento.

Cons:

En la habitación no había ni un folleto ni nada donde al menos pusiese el teléfono de recepción.
Es un hotel de tres estrellas bastante justito.

La limpieza en la habitación brillaba por su ausencia.
En el baño había toallas usadas y sin cambiar, mucho polvo en los cajones, ropero y debajo de la cama. Había pelusas debajo de la mesilla de noche que solo le faltaba que tuvieran ojitos

Cons:

Per un errore dovuto a un messaggio di Booking "Prenota per questa notte", ho prenotato per la notte sbagliata. Ho chiesto immediatamente (dopo pochi minuti) al gestore di poter cambiare la prenotazione, ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Ho dovuto riprenotare per la notte successiva senza alcuno sconto e senza colazione, pur chiedendolo almeno come "favore", vista la situazione e i soldi spesi a causa dell'errore (230 euro per due persone/ una sola notte) perché la mia prenotazione non includeva colazione. Viaggiavo con mia madre invalida. Capisco che le condizioni siano tutte già scritte, ma un po' di comprensione "umana" in questi casi non guasta. Non c'è stato niente da fare. A parte una ragazza della reception, che molto gentilmente si è presa la briga di consultare il gestore comprendendo la situazione, tutti gli altri sono stati molto perentori e categorici.

Toledo genial, Hotel Eurico cariiiisimo para lo que ofrece
Pros:

Hemos estado alojados en el Hotel Eurico de Toledo y, sinceramente, la experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante para el precio pagado.

La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la catedral, pero pagar 161€ por una habitación tan descuidada nos pareció excesivo. El colchón estaba hundido, la colcha era antigua y la habitación daba sensación de falta de renovación y cuidado.

Lo peor fue el desayuno. Nos cobraron 10€ por persona por un “buffet” muy pobre: bollería industrial tipo Mercadona, sin opciones calientes, sin huevos, bacon ni variedad mínima. Ni siquiera había pan al principio y tuvimos que pedirlo. Tampoco había algo tan básico hoy en día como té verde. La sensación general fue de muy mala relación calidad-precio.


Toledo merece muchísimo la pena, pero algunos negocios deberían replantearse la calidad que ofrecen frente a lo que cobran.

I highly recommend the hotel and staying in Toledo for at least 1 night instead of making it a day trip from Madrid.
Pros:

It was in an excellent location just around the corner from the Toledo Cathedral. I could see it from the small window balcony. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good.
