El personal es muy amable, todos! El desayuno muy completo! La ubicación un 100! La limpieza 10 puntos y la decoración. La camada muy cómoda.

Lo malo es q la habitación pequeña el baño está dividido, el inodoro está en un espacio muy reducido q te topas con la cara, y luego esta la ducha pegada y no tiene puerta. Yo me alojé con mi hijo y se nos hizo difícil. Cuando uno se duchaba el otro se iba de la habitación. Y la habitación pequeña está en la última planta son 2 pisos por escalera q con el cansancio se hace molesto subir a la vuelta.

A comfortable, spacious room with all amenities and excellent location.
Pros:

Valentina was very helpful with info about Rome, gave explicit directions and booked an airport taxi for us with a reasonable price.
Allessandra was attentive during breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed a variety of items along with your choice of beverages for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Hotel signage. Not the easiest sign to recognize on a busy street. A bigger sign that can be easily seen from the street.

Perfect base for exploring Rome
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Trevi Beau Boutique Hotel. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to walk to the Trevi Fountain and many of the city’s other major attractions.

Our room had wonderful views overlooking the lively streets, which really added to the Roman experience. Breakfast was excellent each morning, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Perfect!
Pros:

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be in the thick of the atmosphere. Despite is central location though once inside the property is so quiet, it felt like we were the only ones staying, we never heard another soul.
The room was comfortable and the bed honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in!
The staff are excellent. Right from the moment of booking Valentina was communicating with me and made me feel completely at ease and very well looked after, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff here, they really make this hotel so special.
Room was cleaned every day and bed made with fresh towels. Toiletries are a nice touch if you are travelling light.

Cons:

Needs a little TLC but nothing major and nothing that is going to spoil your stay here.
Nothing major but worth being aware of, there was only one socket in the whole of the room so if you are wanting to charge multiple devices this can take some time and planning.
