Cons:

Foi reservado um quarto triplo de 21/05 para 22/05 no Hotel Cristal Caldas e, pelas 2h, tivemos que descer à recepção para exigir mudança de quarto devido à presença de percevejos numa das camas.
Obviamente que, tratando-se de uma infestação, a nossa preocupação em que houvesse nos outros quartos não desapareceu e não conseguimos dormir, que era basicamente o objectivo da nossa reserva no hotel uma vez que estávamos em trabalho.

No dia 22/05, aquando check-out, questionámos a política de reembolso nestes casos, ao que nos foi pedido para aguardar contacto por parte da gerência até sábado seguinte.
Domingo, na ausência de qualquer contacto, ligamos para o hotel, o qual nos referiu que a gerência estava ciente do ocorrido, mas não esteve no hotel e que provavelmente no primeiro dia útil seguinte (ou seja, 2a feira) entraria em contacto, tendo eu alertado que se até 4a feira não houvesse contacto, iríamos prosseguir por outras vias com reclamação.
4a feira, mesmo sem contacto, tentámos ligar para o hotel e foi-nos pedido para aguardar novamente contacto por parte da gerência porque ainda não tinha ido ao hotel... o que parece basicamente adiar um contacto que nunca iria existir até nos cansarmos de esperar e não fazer nada, porque uma chamada telefónica não precisa de ser realizada a partir do hotel, mesmo que a gerência não esteja fisicamente lá...

De notar ainda a presença de várias moscas na casa de banho e copos e pratos sujos no pequeno-almoço.
