It was way overpriced. It was 1950s to 1960s old rooms. It was clean, but it was 1950s interior. Everything was basically dilapidated. I was very disappointed. And I thank God I didn’t bring my wife for the money we paid. It was ridiculous.

My reservation was not found upon check-in at 5:00 PM. The manager was called, and I was advised that she would be on site in 20 minutes. My reservation was easily accessible, but it was found. I checked in, and the room seemed fine. I went out to dinner. When I returned, I decided to use the spa tub. The hot water was fine, but as I added cold water, a brown, rust-like color appeared, so I drained the spa and refilled it. When I went to bed, I noticed a yellow light outside the window above the spa. There was no shade to hide the light, which remained on the entire evening. In the morning, when I took a shower with soap in my hair, the water went from acceptable to dribbling. I expected much more for the price point.
Stayed here after Bottlerock and was perfect. Clean room, quiet and comfy beds! Would stay here again. Didn’t feel price gouged due to Bottlerock weekend. Was quiet and perfect night stay :)
We have stayed here many times and thought it was an okay place while in Napa. This time, things were different. Bed was okay and room clean.
We had booked two rooms for ourselves and our friends. There was a medical emergency with our friends husband. He was at Emergency and was being admitted to the hospital, one day before our reservation. I called and emailed but the would not cancel the second room reservation. We went and they charged us for both rooms and then gave us one of the worst rooms we have ever had when staying there. The water ran brown from the tap and the bathroom and room was super tiny. We were disappointed by management since we have stayed there many time before and had planned to stay there again. Booking.com said they would refund if hotel agreed. They did not. Very disappointing experience.
Room was clean and very quiet. Could park right n front of room.
No instructions for using tv remote. No housekeeping. One of lightbulbs out in light fixture over the sink.

The walls in bathroom were dirty the tub had permanent stains the TV was too small for $504 dollars it wasn't worth it

this place is minimal, but clean. A loud humming sound behind the building started on around 3 am each night, waking me up. My partner and I shared a queen bed and every movement created a creak that woke the other up. The front garden is kind of nice; the window in the bathroom showed an ugly backyard.
Clean and quiet, no closet or hangers. Bad Tv .picture was cloudy, channels need updating.

Chardonnay Lodge is right on a major road, so you do hear traffic.
Some of the write-up & photos about the “lodge”are misleading so our arrival was surprising.
