I was completely satisfied.
Pros:

The location is close to tram station and it's easy to get around. The tram takes me to a lively neigbourhood in about 15 mins, where there are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. And I can change to U tram/underground easily.

Pros:

Good hotel for sleep and go. Free parking on the street in the weekends. Big comfy rooms.

Cons:

I missed some sphere. Also there's nothing around. You have to get to the centre.
