Cons:

Non c’era il riscaldamento. Capisco che ci sia una ordinanza del comune che impedisce di accendere il riscaldamento fino al 1 novembre, ma non si può pretendere di applicare il prezzo pieno, 130 euro, per una camera fredda. Denota scarsa attenzione per il cliente

Cet Hôtel est très cher pour ce qu’il propose.
Le prix est exorbitant au vu du niveau de qualité médiocre. Les prix sont la conséquence d’une forte demande due au salon Cibus Tec (plus généralement les salons à la Feria de Parme). Il y a une forte spéculation qui ne devrait pas être tolérée. Cela est inacceptable.
L’hôtel n’est pas entretenu et les sols des chambres sont très sales.

Cons:

Des travaux seraient à prévoir pour à minima justifier un peu le prix.

Ottimo prezzo e personale cortese, ma struttura trascurata e fredda

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: Un punto di forza eccezionale della struttura.

Camera e servizi: Stanza molto ampia e praticissima la presenza del frigobar.

Colazione: Buona e ben fornita, particolarmente apprezzabile per le abitudini e i gusti italiani.

Servizio e staff: Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Molto comodo il parcheggio compreso.

Cons:

Manutenzione e arredi trascurati: L'arredamento è in stile vecchio e mostra evidenti segni di usura. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto due brutte sorprese legate alla manutenzione: la maniglia del bagno è rimasta in mano e la sedia della camera ha ceduto di schianto non appena ho provato a sedermi (per fortuna mia moglie era al mio fianco ed è riuscita a sostenermi al volo, evitandomi una brutta caduta).

Gestione della prima camera: La prima stanza assegnata, benché classificata come non fumatori, puzzava notevolmente di fumo. Va riconosciuta la prontezza della reception nel cambiarcela subito dopo la segnalazione.

Ambienti molto freddi: Hotel e camere decisamente freddi. Va evidenziato che, sebbene la Regione Emilia-Romagna abbia posticipato l'accensione del riscaldamento al 1° novembre 2026, gli hotel possono ampiamente derogare a tale data. Mantenerlo spento con 19,6 °C registrati in camera (al limite del massimo consentito di 19 °C + 2 °C di tolleranza) ha reso il soggiorno poco confortevole.

Дружелюбный персонал, парковка, тихое место, хорошая постель - чистое белье, удобные подушки, хороший матрас.

Cons:

Отель очень старый, своеобразный шик 80-х годов, давно требует обновления. Низкая звукоизоляция между номерами, все потёртое, потресканное.
Завтрак удовлетворительный, простой, из горячего яичница и бекон.

A proximité de l autoroute et accès 24/24

Cons:

Manque de confort de la literie et déjeuner pas approvisionner en conséquence. Horaire différent, sur Booking.com de 7 à 10h, à l hôtel de 7 à 9h et dans l ascenseur de 7 à 9h30.
Parking limité si on arrive trop tard.
