Ci tornerò assolutamente per il prossimo viaggio a Berlino.
Pros:

La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente e aveva tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La cosa che più mi è piaciuta della struttura era la posizione estremamente favorevole sia per la linea U che per la linea S.

Non ho da evidenziare nulla che non mi sia piaciuto della struttura.

Dobra lokalizacja, zwośne warunki.
Pros:

Największym plusem jest lokalizacja. W pobliżu jest wszystko, co niezbędne, węzły komunikacyjne i łatwo się dostać do berlińskich atrakcji. Śniadanie okazało się bardzo dobre. Obsługa miła, chociaż trzeba było poprosić np. o kubki do herbaty, bo w pokoju był tylko czajnik.

Cons:

Spodziewaliśmy się, że rewelacji nie będzie i mieliśmy rację. Hotel jest wystarczający na krótki pobyt, ale wyposażenie ma swoje lata i przesiąknięte jest starym dymem. Przechowalnia bagażu wygląda jak graciarnia. Minusem dobrej lokalizacji jest natomiast hałas.

det var svært at få en stabil temperatur på badevandet, der manglede pærer i 2 lamper. vi påpegede det og den ene lampe fik ny pære i.

Total runter gerockt. Im Bad alles verrostet. Sobald man das Wasser benutzt stinkt es nach Kloake. Bett durchgelegen. Und das schlimmste ist der Krach von draußen, die Restaurants links und rechts haben keine Nachtruhe. In der Woche um 3 Uhr in der Nacht wird rumgeschrien und laut Musik gehört. Und die Türen knallen am laufenden Band, da diese wohl keine Gummi in den Zargen haben.
Das war das schlimmste Hotel, wo ich je war

Sehr schlecht, nach einer Nacht die Reise abgebrochen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut angebunden und direkt neben einer S-Bahn Station.

Cons:

Es war so laut und so widerlich, dass ich frühzeitig abgereist bin. Das Hotel wird dauerhaft von Bauarbeitern bewohnt, die bis 5 Uhr morgens laut durchs Gebäude rufen, auf dem Gang schreien beim telefonieren und sich gegenseitig übers Fenster zugröhlen. Auch unter der Woche sitzen 15 bis 20 Männer vor dem Hotel, spielen und trinken und belästigen jede Frau, die den Fehler macht das Hotel zu betreten. Die Oberfläche im Bad war nicht mal abgewischt zwischen dem letzten Gast und mir. Es wird in den Zimmern geraucht, man sieht Brandspuren in der Steckdose und die Anrichte vor dem Badspiegel hängt halb hinunter.

Якщо вже зовсім немає варіантів то чисто через розташування брати можна цей готель, проте я не рекомендую , за цю ціну м
Pros:

Готель близько розташований до S ban та U ban , якщо їдеш на виставку то в цілому дуже зручно добиратися, буквально 10 хвилин , то ж можна трохи економити на проїзді беручи короткі квитки . Також поруч багато ресторанчиків та магазинів , до центру міста 15 хвилин на метро . Проте сам готель бажає кращого .

Cons:

Маленькі кімнати , не дуже то й чисто , всі меблі під зношені , так само як і сантехніка . Але це пів біди. В номері не має нормально розташованих розеток , частково були зламані , чайник який за 4 дні працював один раз . Всі ручки накладом дихають. Також прибирання … я мовчу що в номері, наприклад на сушці для полотенець був пил , але за 4 дні жодного разу не пропилососили. Ну і за ціну понад 130 євро за ніч навіть тапочок не було , добре хоч мило налили і туалетний папір поклали . Сніданки одноманітні , яєшня , сосиски , трохи нарізки сирів та ковбас, на цьому все.

Absolutely avoid.

I almost never leave reviews on Booking.com, but this time I feel I have to. Terrible noise from the neighbouring shop until after midnight, guests shouting in the corridors and smoking at the windows — and this was on a weekday.

The hotel is extremely run-down and disgustingly dirty. The bathroom smelled nauseating, there was no hot water in the morning and barely a trickle of cold water to shower with. The shower soap was the cheapest chemical hand soap, leaking everywhere.

When we complained about the noise, the staff simply told us that “Berlin is like that.”

I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel can carry a three-star rating. It is completely misleading given the condition, cleanliness, facilities and level of service. I really wish I had read a review like this before booking.

Der Aufenthalt war ganz ok
Pros:

Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig.
Das Hotel liegt sehr nahre an einer S-Bahn Station, U-Bahn und Bus sind auch in der Nähe. Die Anbindung ist gut.
Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich da nicht gegessen habe.
Schade ist das man mittlerwile erst den Wunsch äußern muss das man ein Tuch oder so an der Dusche haben möcht um nicht gleich mit nassen Füssen auf den Fliesen zu stehen. Das war früher standard.

Готель хороший на свою вартість, є все необхідне, щоб переночувати кілька ночей. В номері є чайник та мініхолодильник, що дуже зручно для проживання. Смачні сніданки.

Cons:

Відсутність кондиціонера, дуже душно в номері. А відкрити вікно практично неможливо, бо дуже гучно, якщо вікно вашого номера виходить на дорогу, окрім того під вікнами знаходиться бар, де молодь гуляє до ранку.
