Είχαμε δυστυχώς κακή εμπειρία με το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Φτάσαμε αργά το απόγευμα για το check-in και αφού έγινε η πληρωμή για τις δύο διανυκτερευσεις που θα κάναμε ανεβήκαμε στο δωμάτιο. Λίγα λεπτά μετά δίπλα από την ντουλάπα διαπιστώσαμε την παρουσία μιας τεράστιας εστίας μούχλας. Απευθυνθήκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν και η υπάλληλος μας μας άνοιξε το τελευταίο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου ακριβώς δίπλα από αυτό που ήμασταν πριν. Μετά από λίγο διαπιστώσαμε και εκεί μια μικρότερη εστία μούχλας και απογοητευμένοι πια ξανα-απευθυνθηκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν. Η υπάλληλος ήταν αρκετά εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να βρει λύση. Η λύση λοιπόν ήταν ένα κατάλυμα στην άλλη πλευρά την πόλης υποδεέστερο και με πολυ διαφορετικό στυλ. Δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε καμιά επιστροφή χρημάτων, ούτε καν μερική. Δεν το προτείνω..

La struttura era molto accogliente vista da fuori, sembra un vecchio casolare, con ampio parcheggio INTERNO, con possibilità per i motociclisti di parcheggiare al coperto.
Entrati in hall abbiamo fatto subito il check in così da poter disfare subito le valigie.
La camera era molto accogliente con una struttura interna veramente caratteristica, ha delle travi in legno vivo che ricordano quelle di una baita. Ho alloggiato al secondo piano. In più ma non meno importante la struttura è dotata anche di ascensore.
La camera è veramente completa se devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo dico che:
Il soffione della doccia fischiava nel momento in cui si apriva l’acqua, le lenzuola non era pulitissime avevano delle macchie nere ed infine un po in tutto l’hotel c’era una sensazione di polvere nell’aria.
Hotel immerso nella campagna. Tranquillo. Belle camere. Ottimo.il bagno. Colazione varia ed abbondante.
I materassi un pò troppo sfondati. Sarebbero da sostituire
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte (purtroppo) in questo albergo durante un road trip in Toscana. Struttura molto bella e caratteristica. La stanza king ci è piaciuta molto. Accogliente, pulita e spaziosa.
La colazione. Purtroppo non c’erano alternative no lattosio nonostante le avessi richieste durante la prenotazione.
Inoltre poca scelta nella colazione in generale.
Un bellissimo casolare nella campagna senese. Stanza pulita e spaziosa, ottima colazione, ampio parcheggio.
Staff gentile e disponibile, ci hanno offerto supporto e informazioni per gestire un piccolo imprevisto che abbiamo avuto con l'auto. Caldamente consigliato.
