Great stay & location in a really unusual town.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed & good bathroom. The breakfast, while in the room was also good.

Localização otima! Bares e restaurantes perto! Apartamento enorme com dois quartos e um banheiro bem amplo! Sala e cozinha estruturada. Café ótimo tb!

Cons:

Não tem ar condicionado! O que não necessariamente é negativo! Ele é arejado e tem ventiladores, mas para quem for no verão bom saber!

Breath taking and magical.
Pros:

The location is amazing. The hotel room has a window that overlooks the inside of the ancient church of San Giorgio al Paradiso.

Great experience of staying in a cave house

I realise why breakfast is organised the way it is. However the option to collect fresh bread and croissants from the office would be good.

Pros:

Emplacement superbe, au cœur d’un des sassi de la ville. Chambre très originale dans la pierre, c’était un séjour hors du temps, nous avons adoré.

Super séjour dans une chambre troglodyte
Pros:

Super localisation dans les Sassi.
La chambre troglodyte est une expérience a ne pas manquer.
Le petit déj dispo dans la chambre permet de vivre à notre rythme, avec notre petite terrasse devant la chambre c'était super.
La chambre est grande, la salle de bain aussi.
À notre arrivée les 2 personnes à l'accueil nous ont donné pleins d'informations sur le quartier, les balades a faire, quoi visiter, les resto...
Tout était super !

Cons:

Comme recommandé par l'hôtel en amont, il est préférable de voyager léger car ce magnifique quartier historique est plein de marches, une grosse valise ce n'est pas très pratique.
