Il bello di hotel loreley
Pros:

Tutto il personale da Ignazio Luca e tutti dico tutti fine del mondo

Cons:

Sant'Angelo è in alto in collina quindi con tutta la disponibilità dei ragazzi con gli shuttle di accompagnarci giù in piazzetta ma per arrivare a Ischia centro ci vogliono 45 minuti

Pros:

Struttura esternamente molto curata e pulita con una bella piscina . Personale gentile in particolare la ragazza del bar se non sbaglio si chiama Cincia , sempre sorridente e disponibile anche la signora alla reception molto gentile. I ragazzi che ti portano giù con la navetta lungo il tragitto ti fanno da cicerone accompagnando la discesa con canzoni tipiche Napoletane,e stata una bella esperienza!

L'arredamento era molto vecchio. L'aria condizionata della mia stanza era molto debole. L'aspiratore del bagno faceva uno strano rumore metallico.

La camera aveva odore di muffa che proveniva dal bagno che aveva dei contro soffitti ammuffiti

La struttura ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa ,come credo tutta l’isola che è rimasta ferma a 30 anni fa ..io ho sempre frequentato Ischia e sinceramente non merita questo degrado!!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wird kommen im Herbst wieder

Mein Zimmer war für ein 3 Sterne Hotel schön und hatte einen tollen Meerblick. Shuttle-Bus Service hat immer tadellos funktioniert. Das Frühstück war schmackhaft, es gab immer Käse, Wurstsorten, frisches Obst, Eier, verschiedene Süßigkeiten und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war auch sehr gut. Man konnte aber auch einen Espresso beim Frühstückspersonal bestellen. Ich war mit meiner Hündin im Hotel und wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Auch die Klimaanlage hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer und der Balkon wurden täglich gereinigt und es war sauber. Ein Insekten - Stecker mit Nachfüllung war auch im Zimmer.
Ich wundere mich über die negativen Beschreibungen, von wegen Bettwanzen und dergleichen, ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und ich kann nur sagen, selbst in einem 4 Sterne Hotel findet man Mängel, wenn man auf der Suche ist und sich dadurch seinen Urlaub verderben möchte.

Ci ritorneremo
Pros:

Due adulti e due bambini. Struttura accogliente, personale gentilissimo, colazione più che soddisfacente per tutti i gusti su una meravigliosa terrazza che affaccia sui maronti e su tutta Sant'Angelo. Piscina termale che per me è il fiore all'occhiello. Hotel Posizionato sulla collina e per questo si è un po' soggetti alle macchinine shuttle che ti permettono di salire e scendere dalla struttura in orari stabiliti. Nelle ore di punta c'è un po' d'attesa. Ma si può scendere tranquillamente anche a piedi, salire è più faticoso! Ma anche questa è la particolarità della struttura. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto bello e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

L'unico appunto da fare è la situazione delle stanze che un po' vecchiotte andrebbero migliorate con pochi accorgimenti. Per esempio nella nostra stanza la porta del bagno non si chiudeva perché di legno e ingottata e il condizionatore non funzionava.

La “struttura” inteso come “edificio” ha un ottimo potenziale ed una vista eccezionale!
Comodo il servizio navetta per il centro.

Cons:

La strutta è in un totale stato di degrado ed abbandono. Gli arredi sono vecchi e in pessimo stato (dal parato, alla rubinetteria, gli armadi, i letti non si salva nulla!) così come le sedute nelle zone comuni e la piscina. L’impianto elettrico è talmente vecchio che dubito sia a norma. I letti talmente malmessi che persino un bambino si sveglierebbe con il mal di schiena.
