Úžasné výhľady, priestrannosť izieb. Čistota a starostlivosť. Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný.

Wunderschöne und super saubere Suite mit hochwertigen Möbeln und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Alles war wie neu und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft gab es allerdings Schwierigkeiten mit der spontanen Reservierung, sodass es etwas gedauert hat, bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten, auch zu später Stunde.

L'accueil par l'ensemble du personnel y compris du restaurant, la qualité du lit, la dimension très appréciable de la suite, le ménage du 2ème jour, la vue et l'emplacement par rapport au centre ville (1/2 heure en bus avec arrêt à l'hôtel), le restaurant, la beauté du site de l'hôtel très bien aménagé, la piscine avec ses bordures en pierres.

Cons:

La suite (très lumineuse) laisse entrer la lumière mais aussi la chaleur. Comme il faisait chaud dans la chambre (mi-mai), j'ai demandé à obtenir la climatisation. On me l'a refusée au motif qu'elle ne serait mise en activité qu'en juin...
Par ailleurs, de notre suite, nous entendions bien le bruit de la route située juste en dessous de l'hôtel.

Von der ersten Minute bis zur Letzten war alles perfekt,unsere Suite war mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick auf die Altstadt von Florenz,es war sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, Betten sehr gut, 2 Fernseher, Küche, großes Wohnzimmer und Bad , alles in gutem Zustand, der Service war exzellent, Angebote für Frühstück,Lunch und Diner sehr gut, Bushaltestelle gegenüber dem Hotel,schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool,Fahrstuhl vorhanden,Infos für Ausflüge in Umgebung an der Rezeption,Tiefgarage buchbar,

Wir hätten gern ein deutsches TV Programm gehabt, alles leider nur in italienisch

Five stars and then some.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night and it completely exceeded expectations. Beautiful room, incredible view over the city, and genuinely one of the best dinners we've had in Florence. Breakfast beside the pool was so lovely.
The staff, though, are the real reason to come back. Warm, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. You felt looked after without being fussed over. Rare, and really appreciated.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Pros:

Allt! Ett underbart hotell med utsikt över Florens. Från vår balkong såg vi Santa Maria Fiore.

Frukosten är bland de bästa jag haft och restaurangen är väl värd ett besök. Perfekt att avsluta kvällen med. All personal är supertrevlig och hjälpsamma.

Pros:

The overall experience was lovely, fantastic location, just above Firenze, overlooking the town. It was nice to ‘retreat’ from the busy city to a lush haven.

Cons:

Only the junction to the road is hard to manouvre and visibility if any cars are approaching fast…

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Heerlijke en prachtige locatie! Alles was top; van de prettige ontvangst, aardige mensen, het grote en schone appartement met fijne bedden tot heerlijke verwarmde zwembad, lekkere ontbijtje, prachtige uitzicht en afstand naar centrum van Florence!
Met bus nr. 25 ben je er zo, de halte zit tegenover de parkeergarage. Vraag even bij de receptie hoe het werkt. Zij hebben ook een plattegrond en tickets. Op de bus kun je alleen met je bankpas betalen.

Oasis of calm short drive from beautiful city centre
Pros:

This hotel is truly excellent, the rooms are luxurious and huge, the staff attentive, the pool and the location are beautiful. What takes the experience to another level is the view from the rooms we had - the Tuscan hills and the whole of Florence far below, quite unreal!
Pool was open in early April and is heated, which is a great bonus.
Restaurant and bar also good and open at all times we needed.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Cons:

Overwhelmingly great stay, only very minor feedback to mention is that we would have liked to use the aircon at night which was not available at this time of year, but I suppose we were lucky to have unseasonably hot weather for early April.

Personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Très bon petit déjeuner autour de la piscine, varié et frais. Magnifique vue

L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais l'arrêt de bus est au pied de l'hôtel donc pratique pour se rendre dans le centre de Florence
