Molt ben situat al costat de la Plaza Mayor i la catedral.
La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación.
El spa es muy caro.
La ubicación es magnífica . La limpieza de la habitación perfecta . La atención del recepcionista Daniel fue excelente , lo mejor de la estancia . Cuentan con una zona de parking para carga y descarga , y luego tienen un servicio de aparcacoches . Es relativamente fácil encontrar aparcamiento en la zona verde del centro de la ciudad , que si te coge en finde semana , sale gratuito .
Usamos el spa , que esta correcto en cuanto a instalaciones , pero la sauna turca no funcionaba . punto negativo , pero el hotel lo soluciono ofreciéndonos un descuento .
Me encantó el trato y el servicio fue de calidad total... Y la habitación con una vistas hermosa tal cual hice la petición

Estancia perfecta, pasamos unos días estupendos! la ubicación es inmejorable al lado de la plaza mayor. Visitamos el SPA, muy agradable. Todo el personal fue amable y el director, Carlos una persona encantadora.

Habitación pequeña y creo que las bañeras no tienen sentido en este tipo de hoteles.
Y no tiene sentido tener que llamar a recepción para encender y/o apagar el aire acondicionado
