Dirty hotel, good location but will never stay again!
Pros:

• Staff were helpful throughout our stay
• Around 10 minutes walk from Como S. Giovanni station
• Around 15 minutes walk to the lake

Cons:

• Bed/room looked similar to the photos advertised, however the cleanliness was extremely poor
• Bathroom and shower did not feel clean at all
• Bathroom window was transparent, which felt uncomfortable even though it faced an alleyway
• Our room was located outside the main hotel building, which we found a bit strange
• Late check-in was convenient, but arriving tired from travelling and walking into a dirty room was very disappointing
• Unfortunately too exhausted to take photos of the cleanliness issues at the time
• Definitely not worth the price paid and would not stay again

Modern, clean, and comfortable stay with very kind staff.
Pros:

The room was nice, bright, well-equipped, and had air conditioning.
Everything looked modern and clean.
The staff were very kind, and it was very helpful that we could leave our luggage there for a few hours after check-out.

Mycket avkopplande och lugn atmosfär.
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost utbud förutom att varm mat saknades. Mycket bra service. AC’n fungerade perfekt på rummet så mycket bekvämt då det var extremt varmt ute. Rummet kändes super bra och läget var perfekt på första våningen med fönster mot gatan. Hotellets läge var perfekt som utgångspunkt för att utforska centrum och sjön.

Cons:

Saknade helkroppsspegel på rummet.

Cons:

A very disappointing experience. The signal Wi-Fi were practically nonexistent. The bathroom amenities were of very poor quality, and the room did not even have a full-length mirror, which I consider a basic necessity in a hotel where u pay 300€ per night. In addition, the curtains were only blackout curtains, meaning you had to choose between staying in complete darkness or being fully visible to the neighbors. The soundproofing was also terrible, as noises and conversations from nearby rooms could be heard very clearly. I’m so sorry because the staff is kind but the level of the accomodation is very cheap to be in Como center. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.

Perfect Como base that’s great value for money.

Pros:

the size of the room was great and everything felt clean. a 10 mins walk from the main sites and ferry terminal.

Cons:

my room smelt of cigarettes, I aired my room while I was out during the day but it didn't help at all. As a non smoker this was unpleasant. also would have liked a full length mirror!
