Great location.
Pros:

Its location is great. Between the train station and ferries, all in a 10-15 minute distance.
The bathroom is almost the size of the bedroom. The personel is very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms could have been larger.

Extremely bad access to the room. No elevator. Has to lift the bags up. The staff on duty was helpful though. Never visited a hotel of this type. In fact it even did not appear to be a hotel

Fehlender Parplatz machte den Aufenthalt sehr teuer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut.

Cons:

In der Information hiess es mit Parkplatz. Dies entpuppte sich als Fehlinformation! Der Parkplatz befand sich in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus 500 m vom Hotel entfernt. Mit 24 Euro/9h verdammt teuer.
Die Frühstücksecke war alles andere als schön und das Angebot war abgepackt…

Great room. Close to everything. Recommendation really set us back

Excellent room, fantastic location and extremely clean every time we came back

Cons:

As we rented a car we asked the receptionist were is best to park. She had a piece of paper with where they recommend centro lago, we were told it is monitored and has cctv. As we left our luggage to grab lunch after check out our bags were stolen and speaking to police we were told this is never watched and can get in touch for cctv. Friendly staff but don’t use car park they recommend
