Clean modern apartment in a good quiet location.

Good location. Very clean. Modern. Comfortable. Good breakfast

Cons:

Neither of the bedside lights worked and some other bulbs were also out. The main light then broke so the electricity had to be turned off overnight.

A great spot for a short stay. Room are clean, quiet and comfortable. A good location within walking
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Basic accommodation which had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Good standard for a 3 star hotel.

Cons:

Staff were pleasant but didn’t go out of their way.

Hotel gut, Lage perfekt, Parkplatz im Parkhaus unweit vom Hotel gut. Administration fragwürdig!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist mit Euro 15.00 viel zu teuer- Angebot entspricht nicht dem Preis.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - schnell am See und die Parkiermöglichkeit im 'Centro Lage' ist gut.

Cons:

Die Kreditkarte wollte der Herr am Empfang ein zweites Mal, mit der Begründung, dass das erste Mal 'nur' ein 'Prepay' war.
Daraufhin zeigte ich ihm die Quittung - die Zahlung war erfolgt. Betrugsversuch? Nach langem Hin und Her hat er dann davon abgesehen und nochmals eine Quittung ausgedruckt?! 5 Wochen vorher wollte das Hotel nochmals alle meine Daten inkl. Nr. der Kreditkarte, Adresse etc. und meine Kreditkarte wollten sie nicht annehmen. Die Administration ist seltsam.

Un bon hôtel, un peu cher
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 10, 15 minutes à pied du centre de Côme, est parfait. L'établissement est très bien entretenu, la literie confortable.

Cons:

Les prix sont malgré tout élevés, et la nuit s'entend sans petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est cher, 15 euros par personne, ce qui fait vite grimper la note.

Pros:

Weltklasse Service: Das Personal hat als wir ankamen ihr eigenes Auto umgeparkt um uns einen der günstigen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel zu überlassen. 6 € über EasyPark statt 24 € im Parkhaus, welches 350 m entfernt ist. Wirklich klasse!

Good option if you're staying to walk around Como; access to city buses is good, too
Pros:

Great location, although the sidewalk in the area is rather narrow to carry a luggage.
The staff mans the reception 24/7.
The rooms are big and quite comfortable.
WiFi reception is very good.

Cons:

The staff is kind, but a bit disorganised.
The pillows were not the best I've found in a hotel.

Lovely, quiet and spacious room, with everything you need for a great stay.
Iron and iron board available upon request at reception which was great.
We could also leave our luggage at reception after check-out.

Cons:

Room was a little dark but that shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're planning to be out and about all day.
