La ubicación con vistas directas al lago y que esta en pleno centro historico de Castelgandolfo. Las chicas de la recepción fueron agradables, el resto del personal no.

Cons:

El desayuno no esta bien gestionado, el personal es suficiente pero su trabajo es deficiente, no estan pendiente de los huespedes y el segundo dia no ofrecieron nada caliente, solo hay disponible buffet de dulces y algo de fruta, no esta a la altura ni del precio ni de un hotel 4*. La habitación aunque con buenas vistas es muy pequeña y muy vieja teniendo en cuenta la categoría y precio del hotel. La experiencia ha sido bonita por estar junto al lago, pero no repetiría, ni recomendaria este hotel.

Nice breakfast

Cons:

1. Bugs in bedding in bedroom. It was very disgusting & disconcerting. We have medical evidence. It was really disappointing. The receptionist said it must have been a moscito but it clearly was much more serious. She even took a change and said we do not have to pay for the 1 bottle of Coke to make up for this. We had to visit a pharmacy to get expensive medication as the irritation and itching got worse as the days progressed. The pharmacist at our next holiday stop immediately said the bumps were caused by bed bugs.
2. The photos on the site were misleading. The only lake view is in the morning at breakfast but there is no balcony or veranda in the rooms to watch the lake.

Pros:

Truly the rooms that i booked have good spectacular lake view! The staff very helpful and friendly especially for the pick up from the train station by Philippo. Deeply appreciated. Lunch at Bucci was good. Good service by Luca and his team. Very positive and dynamic atmosphere:)

Cons:

The public transportation were not that great as you need some time to understand the bus route.
