Pros:

We were in the separate annex apartment and only stayed one night. It had the most incredible views. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is located next to the Palace and everything is close at hand.

Restaurant Bucci is fabulous which is linked to the hotel

Zimmer mit grandioser Aussicht auf den See. Wir hatten ein upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Seesicht geschenkt bekommen. Wir sind abends müde mit unseren Velos angekommen. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich zum besten Pizzarestaurant geführt. Wo wir dann auch die beste Pizza geniessen durften. Auf Terrasse mit Sicht auf See und Panorama.

La ubicación con vistas directas al lago y que esta en pleno centro historico de Castelgandolfo. Las chicas de la recepción fueron agradables, el resto del personal no.

Cons:

El desayuno no esta bien gestionado, el personal es suficiente pero su trabajo es deficiente, no estan pendiente de los huespedes y el segundo dia no ofrecieron nada caliente, solo hay disponible buffet de dulces y algo de fruta, no esta a la altura ni del precio ni de un hotel 4*. La habitación aunque con buenas vistas es muy pequeña y muy vieja teniendo en cuenta la categoría y precio del hotel. La experiencia ha sido bonita por estar junto al lago, pero no repetiría, ni recomendaria este hotel.
