Sehr nah zum Bahnhof, sehr angenehme Matratzen. Frühstück ansprechend

Cons:

Bei heissen Sommertemperaturen wurde mir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss (!) südseitig (!) zugewiesen. Es war unfassbar heiss, an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Zudem noch zur lauten Verkehrsseite, womit auch durch den Lärm nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Als ich das Personal am nächsten Tag höflich darauf ansprach kam nur ein "dann buchen Sie nächstes Mal halt ein Zimmer in den Innenhof, es ist jetzt halt heiss." Ein kleines bisschen Mitdenken hätte ich hier angebracht gefunden.

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt nahe der Aaare war sehr gut. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere bei unseren Fragen zu Ausflügen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir auf der Terrasse im Innenhof frühstücken konnten.

Discret comme la suisse

Le libre service de petite bouteille d'eau.
L'accès à la terrasse en tout temps de la journée.

J'aime quand je m'offre l'hôtel, c'est le petit déjeuner.
Il m'a manqué les œufs brouillés.
Pas de personnel à l'entrée, nous sommes arrivés en fin d'après-midi et il n'y avait déjà plus de personne à la réception.
Alors on a fait comme on pensait. Nous avons passé 1 nuit sans qu'on sache que l'on était là avec aucune explication et sans pouvoir poser des questions pour agrémenter notre séjour, dommage!
