Pros:

Buena ubicación con los servicios cerca y cerca del río, se puede ir andando hasta la playa fluvial en diez minutos

Cons:

Para acceder al edificio hay que llamar al timbre, que tiene un volumen bastante alto y estridente con lo cual te penaliza el descanso tanto de día como de noche

Cons:

Leider alles etwas dunkel und der Strassenlärm ist in der Nacht störend, die Wände sind sehr dünn. Kein Duschmittel im Badezimmer vorhanden. Das Bett ist nicht sehr bequem.

Very comfy bed
Were able to get a two person bed without single person mattresses without problem. Lost the balcony though

Could use some renovations
Radio on bed worked on only one side
Problem with drainage in bathtub but talked with staff
Breakfast room is small
Was expecting a bigger breakfast. Pictures show buffet style. They serve at the table
