Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Our family of five stayed in a spacious attic room, which was comfortable and full of character. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the old town, with beautiful views from the windows. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated the convenience of the secure underground parking. We are already dreaming of coming back during the Christmas season to experience the magical atmosphere of Rothenburg.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Near the main attractions but not so close as to be loud. Amazing breakfast.

Top Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gute Betten.

Cons:

Ich hatte mir bei der Buchung ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht. Das hat aber, wahrscheinlich wegen meiner recht kurzfristigen Buchung, leider nicht geklappt. Es war leider schon früh am Morgen recht laut durch das "scheppern" der Servicekräfte beim durch den Flur schieben ihrer Rollwagen.

Vi bodde i rymligt familjerum. Hotellet ligger centralt i gamla staden. Möjlighet till elbilsladdning på hotellparkeringen.

Pros:

Bel établissement dans une vieille cité médiévale magnifique, à découvrir absolument. Chambre très bien équipée et décorée, donnant sur un balcon et un petit jardin (Rothenburg est très tranquille la nuit). Le parking de l'hôtel est pratique, car les places de parking dans la ville historique ne sont pas faciles à trouver.

Cons:

Le check-in imposé avant 20 heures, ce qui en soi n'est pas normal pour un établissement quatre étoiles.

Cosy place and nice place. Good location. Great parking.

Cons:

Air Condition - too weak.
Curtains - sun light is not fully blocked. As result, I've waked up 5AP daily.
Coffee for breakfast needs to be improved.

Tolle Tage in angenehmer Atmosphäre - wir haben es genossen!

Sehr ordentliches und geräumiges Zimmer für 3. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, sehr zentrumsnah und gut erreichbar.
Highlight ist das lecker Frühstück in dem sehr sehr schönen Speisesaal! Ein toller Start in den Tag!

Spacious and Calm
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with easy access to the Siebersturm and Kobolzeĺerturm end of the old town. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the underground parking was very convenient.

Cons:

In the summer heat and without air conditioning, at least provide a decent fan: ours was noisy and decrepit and not conducive to a good night's sleep.
