The room could be a little bigger. We couldn’t open the suitcases on the floor as there was no room.

Great location, friendly staff, room spacious.
Felt expensive for the room which was at street level so lacked privacy.
Good location in Venice and very nice breakfast. Our room across from reception was very small and felt a little like a storage room converted into a room. Our window was at ground level looking onto the square, so we didn’t want to open it or pull the curtains back. The room was clean and comfortable, it just would have been nicer to have been on a higher floor.

Nice little quirky hotel. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The area is perfect, close to everything yet fairly quiet.

The location was very good.
One of the rooms was quite noisy, as it was located close to the breakfast area, and there was considerable noise from early in the morning. The other room had a very poor view.
Tunnelmallinen pieni hotelli. Kaunis sisältä. Rauhallinen sijainti. Pienen kanavan varrella ja pienen aukion laidalla. Ystävällinen palvelu ja kotoisa aamupala. Hedelmäsalaatti oli pilkottu paikan päällä tuoreista hedelmistä ja munakokkeli oli tehty oikeista munista.

Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig, man hatte genug ablagefläche und es war in neuem, sauberem Zustand.
Das fehlende richtige Brot beim Frühstück, es gab nur Toastbrot das man in einem seeehr langsamem Toaster selbst tosten musste. Sonst gab es trockene helle mini Brötchen. Die Qualität des restlichen Frühstücks war auch verbesserungswürdig. Sehr wässriges Rührei.

Ottima accoglienza al check-in. La stanza, al nostro arrivo, era profumata, ben arieggiata, molto spaziosa e soprattutto pulita.
La colazione è stata ottima e, per i miei gusti, anche molto abbondante. L’unica piccola nota riguarda i succhi di frutta, che non sembravano particolarmente freschi, ad eccezione di quello all’ananas. Ho invece apprezzato molto la cura e l’attenzione dedicata alla pulizia della sala colazione da parte della governante, sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta: un servizio davvero molto apprezzato.
Il letto è molto comodo. L’idromassaggio è forse un po’ piccolo, ma io, che sono alto 1,90 m, sono entrato senza problemi. In due si sta un po’ stretti, ma nel complesso è comunque piacevole.
Una piacevole sorpresa è stata trovare una TV Samsung di ultima generazione, contrariamente a quanto avevo letto in alcune recensioni e visto nelle foto pubblicate su Booking. Consiglio vivamente di aggiornarle, perché inizialmente la presenza di una TV apparentemente antiquata nelle foto stava quasi per farmi annullare la prenotazione. La sera, infatti, io e la mia compagna amiamo rilassarci guardando uno o due episodi di una serie netflix prima di dormire, quindi per noi è un dettaglio importante.
Anche la doccia è molto grande, comoda e pulita.
Ho inoltre notato che la struttura dispone di un ingresso direttamente dal canale. Presumo possa essere possibile arrivare anche tramite gondola o qualche servizio di trasporto via acqua, anche se non ho approfondito la cosa.
Nel complesso, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno. Una struttura che ci ha colpito positivamente per pulizia, accoglienza e cura dei dettagli.

3 minuti da 2 stazione vaporetto. 5 dal ponte rialto e 15 minuti dalla stazione santa lucia.
Ho fatto una passeggiata di mezz ora alle 4 di notte, zona molto sicura e con gente del posto accogliente pure in quel orario.
Durante le 6:30/7 del mattino si sentivano un po di rumore dalla sala colazione, la stanza idromassaggio Soft ha la porta affacciata direttamente alla sala quindi per chi ha il sonno delicato puo dare fastidio, la mia compagna invece ha dormito divinamente :)
