Location was perfect for the places we planned on visiting. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to pick from.

Terrible experience — I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
I have traveled all over the world, from San Francisco to Indonesia, and I have never experienced anything like this before. Money disappeared from my room. I accidentally left the cash visible in the room because I simply forgot to take it with me when leaving. When I realized I did not have it, I returned to the hotel shortly afterwards. The room had already been cleaned, and the money was gone.
What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the hotel management. The manager was not present at the hotel and did not even bother to contact us or offer any kind of apology or concern regarding the incident.
The police have been informed, and everything has been officially documented.
I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel due to this experience and the way the situation was handled. I lost 900 EUR, and I believe other guests should be aware of what happened to us and make their own decision.
It is extremely sad and disappointing to have such a terrible experience in such a beautiful city.

Direkt an einem kleine Kanal gelegen und einem kleinen Platz. Vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bar in der sich Handwerker und Venezianer treffen auf einen Kaffee oder zum Feierabendbier, sehr authentisch und nicht laut.
Das Ambiente ist sehr schön.
I liked the location and the decor downstairs
When we arrived we mentioned the fridge didn’t work but it was not fixed in the 3 days we were there. Also they need someone to help you carry your luggage to the room and pick up at the end

Très bel hôtel à Venise ! Tout est très propre, les chambres sont magnifiques, spacieuses et confortables. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé la décoration avec ses touches d’architecture italienne qui donnent beaucoup de charme à l’établissement.
Le seul point à améliorer est le petit-déjeuner, qui manque un peu de variété. Il n’y a que du pain blanc (pas de pain complet) et les jus industriels ne sont pas vraiment à la hauteur.
Vu le prix des chambres, il y a aussi une petite marge d’amélioration sur le rapport qualité-prix. Mais dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un très bon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel

Personale molto gentile, struttura e camera molto bella e pulita.
La sala per la colazione è davvero bella e rilassante.
Migliorerei la colazione, aumentando la scelta di prodotti e aggiungendo un minimo di servizio al tavolo.
