El edificio es maravilloso y con una ubicación perfecta. Tiene mucho encanto y el personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Hace falta una renovación de sus instalaciones. Nuestra ducha tenía errores de construcción y el agua inundaba el baño. Tuvimos que hacer una "barricada" de toallas para evitar daños mayores.

The location is very good. The staff is very helpful and kind. You can walk to the historic area. The building is old, beautiful, and romantic.

Cons:

The 29 steps upstairs to the reception are quite hard, especially if you have to load the luggage. At least my room needs improvement in the bathroom (water leaks, noisy exhaust fan). The lack of power outlets makes charging the process for cellphones, laptops, etc. difficult. If they can solve these details, the experience can be very superior.
