Personnel super et localisation top
Pros:

Très bonne localisation, à 5 min du tram et des attractions touristiques majeures
Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue extra sur le port. Très bon service de toit le personnel, à la réception et les dames à la cuisine et service aux chambre

Cons:

Le sofa-lit est trop grand pour la pièce, ceci empêche d'ouvrir la porte au complet.

La suite non corrispondeva alle aspettative; era sporca, vetri sporchi addirittura abbiamo trovato formiche
L.odore era sgradevole probabilmente dovuto alla presenza di tappeti non proprio puliti.

Pros:

I have stopped at this hotel 3 times in the last 12 months. Staff are very helpful and I was given an upgrade free of charge. The hotel is within walking distance of public transport and within walking distance of the Blue Mosque.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Все было отлично. Прекрасное расположение, в двух шагах от самого центра, и в то же время в тихих переулках, среди исторической застройки, а улицей ниже, но не под окнами - оживленная улица с ресторанчиками, магазинами, фруктовыми лотками и алкомаркетом. Большой балкон со столиком и креслами с видом на Мраморное море, отсюда можно с удобством смотреть на закаты. Завтраки - с еще более прекрасным видом на море - с пятого этажа. У нас была та часть гостиницы, которая suites, она в пятидесяти метрах в отдельном корпусе - сначала планировали ехать втроем, а потом так и оставили. На завтраки придется ходить в горку. В апартаментах все есть, все работает, нормальный вай-фай. До трамвая T1 пешком минут 7-8, как раз через Султанахмет. Вниз можно мимо Маленькой Софии выйти на набережную и прогуляться вдоль моря до самого парка Гюльхане. Молодежи здесь наверное будет скучновато, клубов и прочих тусовочных мест нет, а взрослым и семейным туристам - рекомендую.
