For nonrefundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playaballena Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.
Guests must present photo ID at check-in, to prove the age of children in order to obtain discounts.
All spa facilities are at an additional cost to be paid on site. The spa hours are from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday will remain closed.
There is an additional charge for the safety deposit box service.
Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is implementing additional health and safety measures at this time.
The New Year’s Eve dinner is included in the reservation price and does not entail any additional cost for the guests.

Franchement hotel au top les structures piscines et toboggans génial pour les grands comme les petits ainsi que la proximité pour se rendre a la plage. En plus nous avons fait une demande particulière qui nous a été accordée donc le service client au top je recommande et je les remercie encore. Et pour finir la chambre très propre et bien équipé aves son petit frigo en rez de jardin en plus c'était l'idéal. Nous avons adoré notre semaine à 4.

Las instalaciones eran buenas, el equipo de animación muy bien y simpático con los niños. Da muchas opciones de ocio lo que hace que estés muy entretenido y si quieres no necesitas salir del hotel. Cerca de la playa para ir caminando. Personal muy amable
La limpieza en zonas comunes muy mala. Los baños estaban siempre sucísimos y los del área de la piscina apestaban. La limpieza en la habitación bien y correcta. Las tuberías de la habitación olían, y había que dejar los tapones puestos en el desagüe. Respecto al buffet comida de muy mala calidad. Mal producto y mal cocinado. Lo peor del hotel sin duda. En la piscina había hamacas rotas sin reparar. En mitad de mi estancia se estropeó un tobogán y no se reparó en lo que estuvimos allí.
Es muy completo en cuanto a actividades y cosas que hacer el hotel, no tienes que salir a buscar nada
