Important information:

For nonrefundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playaballena Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.

Guests must present photo ID at check-in, to prove the age of children in order to obtain discounts.

All spa facilities are at an additional cost to be paid on site. The spa hours are from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday will remain closed.

There is an additional charge for the safety deposit box service.

Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is implementing additional health and safety measures at this time.

The New Year’s Eve dinner is included in the reservation price and does not entail any additional cost for the guests.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Dobry hotel
Pros:

Hotrl położony bardzo blisko plaży, duża ilość basenów i atrakcji wraz z animacjami. Pokoje przestronne z lodówką, sprzątane codziennie.

Cons:

Śniadania były średnie, kawa z proszku, pozostała żywność mocno budżetowa. Jedzenie nie brakowało jednak było średniej jakości.

La estancia en este sitio fue maravillosa, inmejorable. La ubicación es excelente (a unos metros de la playa), tiene piscina grande y muchos servicios(entre los cuales una peluquería necesaria para las mujeres), toboganes de agua, la habitación grande, luminosa, con terraza y vistas al mar, el personal muy amable, la comida muy buena y variada, espectáculos cada noche. Mi nota es un 10 + .

The location, amenities and food was fantastics - id highly recommend! Our room overlooked the sea and golf course. We are already talking about going to back next year,!

Cons:

The entertainment was mainly focused on the Spanish and the evening entertainment started too late for us. They could perhaps try to be more inclusive of other nationalities. The Lion King production was very impressive though!

Defeaudada, una pena

Me da muchísima pena escribir la reseña…han sido años viniendo al hotel desde pequeña y siempre ha sido muy agradable. Hoy teniendo 32 años NO PUEDO DECir lo mismo. Este año el bufet de malísima calidad y muy descuidado. Avisé de la presencia de insectos en varios alimentos a la gente de sala y, a su vez, a la recepción. Desde el segundo día, se me quitaron las ganas de comer. Una persona se tira trabajando 1 año para que después de lo que cobran, te digan que si, que sienten el percance pero por un oído les entra y otros les sale… Se aprovechan de que no hay nada cerca de alrededor para ir a comer, por lo que, les da lo mismo ponerte una lechuga podrida de hace dos días…Qué pena!! Con lo bien que está el hotel por todo lo demás! Me ha defraudado enormemente.
