Abbiamo soggiornato al Pyramisa Hotel Luxor e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! È stata un'esperienza molto positiva, ben oltre le nostre aspettative.
L'hotel si trova in una posizione splendida, direttamente sul Nilo, e la vista è semplicemente meravigliosa. La struttura è molto bella, con giardini curati, piscina e spazi comuni piacevoli e rilassanti. La nostra camera era spaziosa, confortevole e pulita, perfetta per riposarsi dopo le giornate trascorse a visitare le meraviglie di Luxor.
Una nota di merito particolare va a tutto il personale: gentile, disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. È proprio la cordialità delle persone che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale.
Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse di Luxor e per godersi allo stesso tempo la tranquillità e la bellezza del Nilo.
Consigliamo assolutamente il Pyramisa Hotel Luxor a chiunque voglia visitare Luxor e desideri un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e ricco di ospitalità. Noi ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Très belle vue sur le Nil et royaume des pharaons, belle piscine et terrasse
Had a lovely stay here. It looks like the hotel is accross 2 buildings. We were in the new building. Unfortunately our balcony door wasnt locking, we went to reception and were able to swap our rooms which was good. The pool was big and had many chairs to sit on. The hotel is right on the Nile which was so relaxing and pretty to just watch boats/feluccas go by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good, you could walk around to few cafes and shops

Nous avons été dans le nouveau bâtiment construit. rénové il y a pas longtemps où c’est magnifique. Très belle décoration, très belle chambre!
La vue sir le Nil est magnifique
- La pisicne était un peu verte
- Le petit déjeuner n’est pas spécialement bon et varié
- Le service de laverie n’est pas super, nous avons récupéré notre linge humide
- Le ménage est léger, nous retrouvons des cheveux tous les jours

This is a beautiful hotel with the most stunning views of the Nile, surrounded by pretty gardens and relaxing pools.
The staff team here are OUTSTANDING. Everyone is always professional, friendly and very kind. It really made our stay here very special.
Very comfortable, stylish, clean and modern rooms with a fabulous bathroom.Food in the restaurant was very good with lovely waiting staff. We were very grateful to have the most delicious breakfast packed for us as we left very early for tours. Elegantly packed in a stylish hotel bag it was an absolute feast - more than enough to last all day!
All staff speak excellent English as well as Italian, Spanish and German. Maria on the front desk is incredibly fluent and speaks English with an impressively authentic accent.
I am especially grateful to the lovely Maria on the front desk and Mr Saleh and Mr Ebead who gave us an enormous amount of help to track down train tickets I had booked online. They were incredibly supportive, accompanying me to the ticket office and later making several trips to track down and then collect the tickets. They showed us such kindness, I will never forget it!
We were an all female family group and I would especially recommend this friendly and very safe hotel to female travellers. It honestly was such a pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful hotel! Had an amazing stay at Pyramisa. The staff was warm and accommodating, from reception to wait staff they all made you feel welcomed and appreciated. Hotel grounds and rooms are clean and beautifully designed. Food was good and facilities well maintained. Highly recommend!
Una locura de sitio, las vistas al Nilo son una maravilla el Hotel súper limpio y los trabajadores muy simpáticos y guapos hahaha
The restaurant was good, and a beautiful location.
At check in they didn't give any information at all, gave the room key to the the hotel Porter who took us to our room. We went back to reception to ask questions and then were given information.
On arriving back to our room which was late in the evening by the time we flew in we saw it was not cleaned properly, we were so disappointed. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, the most basic of cleaning hadn't been attended to. We were going to be out all day on a full day tour the next day and not arriving back until evening but I knew I couldn't stay another night.
We arranged another hotel that day.
On checking out we just wanted to leave, the receptionist asked us to wait a moment and guest relations came out and asked us why we were leaving early, we told her and she saw the photos we took and promised she would rectify the situation, we haven't heard from her.
