Pros:

It’s a very nice place and with a wonderful view, but the food inside the restaurant and the breakfast need to be better.

Also was easy to find inside the hotel someone to organize the trip, it will be a bit expensive if you compare with the street or with the public transport, but for us was good to have everything organized.

And also Abdul (the responsible of the transportation) was very kind and honest.

The only think was, when we went to the king of Valley after the driver take us to a place were supposed to be a artesanal village, but it was all a scam, we pay 100 dollars for the same thing that we saw in every shop around 15, I was upset about it, but also was our decision to buy. If you take this trip please ask them not to bring you to any place to buy things or see any “show”, they will take you as you are idiot and make you pay a lot for something that doesn’t deserve.

After we did a travel in Faluca (a sailboat) for the Nile to see the sunset, with and amazing guy, it also was through Abdul, and honestly deserves each minute.

Cons:

The food, for the same price you can find better food at the hotel Steinberger / restaurant.

Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et très agréables. L’établissement est parfaitement entretenu et l’ambiance y est chaleureuse.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Le personnel est toujours disponible, souriant et attentif aux besoins des clients, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Une mention toute particulière à Souhaila, qui a été exceptionnelle, merci à elle pour son accueil et son sourire.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Great stay with nice view to Nile river
Pros:

Mr. Mohamed Hassan as Front Office Manager was a great host. He provided an amazing upgrade to a renovated room in a higher floor.
Mr. Mohamed Yusuf was helping with luggage and both men from houskeeeping were great which I cannot remember all names. The funny and lovely jokes they make with towels is very nice.
Good grill food at the bar restaurant, pizza in the Italian restaurant and Chinese food.

Herrlicher Nilblick, top Service, paradiesischer Garten
Pros:

Der Neubau wurde gerade eröffnet, das Zimmer war herrlich, top modern, sauber und der Balkon hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Nil. Es gab das größte Frühstücksbuffet, das ich je erlebt habe.
Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen tropischen Garten, es wird mit Herz gestaltet und gepflegt. Alles war bestens, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Das Poolwasser war für meinen Geschmack viel zu kalt, ich konnte nicht schwimmen. Es war bis zu 38 Grad heiß, trotzdem konnte die Sonne es nicht angenehm erwärmen.

L’accueil était parfait avec un verre d’accueil. Nous avons été surclassé dans le nouveau bâtiment.
Le serveur du restaurant barbecue était adorable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was fabulous—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Bellman Ebaid was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to assist with my needs and made me feel genuinely welcomed. His dedication and positive attitude greatly enhanced my stay. We will come back again, we loved the hotel, the pool, and the Nile views.
Pros:

Beautiful, well-maintained place with lovely pool area and Nile views. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Nice to sit outside in the evenings. Steigenberger is next door for restaurant options.

Cons:

Roads outside the hotel are dirty and many taxi driver will start harassing you the moment you leave the hotel. Beautiful Luxor corniche is far away. Avoid local drinks by the pool, the ones we tried were either prepared with little to no alcohol.
