Teljesen rendben volt minden, korrekt, kedves, segítőkész személyzet.
Glutén érzékeny vagyok, ez sem okozott fennforgást, minden reggel friss gluténmentes pékarút kaptam.

Cons:

Az ágy volt számomra kicsit puha, de alapvetően minden ok volt.

Hotel Aigner offers an excellent location, clean rooms, and a lovely breakfast!
Pros:

Hotel Aigner is located in a quiet spot about a 7-minute walk from the Bonn Altstadt, and less than 15 minutes from the famous Beethoven Haus. The morning breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of spaces to sit and no issues with food options or replenishing. I travelled with my two teenage sons, and we were given an apartment with a small balcony and a kitchenette. The pubs in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are local and lovely. I'd definitely stay at Hotel Aigner again!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen
Pros:

Es war ein familiär. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In die Stadt waren es ca300 m. Es gab einen gemütlichen Innenhof wo man in aller Ruhe frische konnte.

Cozy little hotel
Pros:

The hotel is 5 min walk from the centre of the city, situated in a peaceful area. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The fridge worked, but it could barely keep the water cool, let alone the food. The ceilings were full of cobwebs and needed a thorough cleaning. Everything else was very clean

schönes Erlebnis, nette Menschen.
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich war die Zugewandtheit zu den Gästen vom gesamten Team ohne Ausnahme. Die Lage war für Bonn herausragend. Mitten in der Altstadt, vieles von dort fußläufig erreichbar. Natürlich gibt es bei einer solchen Lage ein Parkproblem für Gäste mit Auto. Jedoch auch hier ist man aufgrund von mobilen Parkboxen im Hinterhof um echte Hilfestellungen bemüht. Dazu gilt es dann, rechtzeitig einen Parkplatz vorzumachen. Bei Fragen zu Komfort und Ausstattung muß man natürlich berücksichtigen, dass ein 3-Sterne-Hotel und nicht ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bewertet wird. Entsprechend ist ja auch der Preis. Insgesamt war das Buchungspaket "stimmig".

Cons:

...natürlich die Parkplatzsituation, aber wer mitten in der Altstadt wohnen möchte, weiß das einzuschätzen.
