Good hotel and amazing matera.
Pros:

Great rooms

Cons:

Staff could do better dealing with the tourists.
A small less than 1 inch paste which is not enough for one person costs additional 2 euros.
One staff called a taxi company and charged 10 euros for just calling a taxi. One staff yelled at 8 year old girl for taking 2 candy.

Lovely little hotel, maybe a bit pricey
Pros:

Interesting place, prerry view, but our room was not in a cave. It was a little worn out but nice enough, though wuite expensive.

Cons:

Maybe a bit too expensive for its wualiry, but that seemed to be the overall pruce level in Matera - high.

Čarobno mjesto predivnih domaćina, autohtone hrane, okružene divnom prirodom. Domaćini su izuzetni, hrana božanstvena. Večera koja se priprema na imanju sa namjernicama koje domaćini uzgajaju je prefina, a doručak je najfiniji doručak ikad! Hvala domaćinima na nezaboravnom iskustvu i boravku.

A experiência de dormir da caverna.
A localização é soberba.

Cons:

Acho o preço demasiado elevado para a experiência. O quarto é fora do anexo principal do hotel e há mesas por baixo da janela do quarto o que logo pela manhã cedo tínhamos gente a falar muito alto por baixo da janela.

Loved it loved it loved it!
Pros:

Utterly magical stay! We wished we were staying longer than one night on the final night of our honeymoon! We were given the choice of two rooms, one with a balcony and view, the other - a cave room. No contest. The cave room was beautifully lit and very cosy and comfy! The receptionist was the most friendliest and helpful man. Loved it! Great location too - thought the whole stay in Matera was wonderful!
