Great idea in a Fab location but caves are sweaty and cold.
Pros:

Looked great and location was amazing.
Great bathroom and you get to choose your breakfast and end up picking to much.

Cons:

Being in a cave looks great but during the night it’s sweaty and cold next morning ants had got into daughters medicine we mentioned it to cleaner who said it was are fault for having food in cave, we never we had drinks though, which is normal.
Wouldn’t stay in a cave again.

Incredible place
Pros:

Fantastic location, at the Sasso Caveoso and next to the main road. The hotel is built around the caves, which makes it amazing. They have a contract with a garage in case you arrive driving so you cal leave the car in the garage and then they send you to the hotel in a shuttle.

Pros:

Camera molto suggestiva, personale molto accogliente che ci ha fornito molte informazioni per la visita di Matera, colazione buona.

Cons:

Ovviamente la stanza è un po’ umida anche se la presenza di deumidificatore , con il condizionatore la notte c’è un po’ freddo. La colazione non è buffet, ma bisogna ordinarla il giorno prima.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare Matera.

Cons:

Raggiungibile solo a piedi , con i bagagli e la pavimentazione in pietra non è comodissimo. Per la colazione ti fanno scegliere il giorno prima le pietanze ma oltre a quello che viene indicato nel menu non c’è un buffet aggiuntivo. Un po limitante.
