Helpful receptionist willing to advise and provide great tips.

Cons:

The bed is OK for a short time, but I wouldn't want to sleep on it for a week.

Terrible directions to the hotel (walking vs Driving) and the rooms bathroom was totally unacceptabl

The bathroom did not have a normal shower and the floor was very slippery as a result both myself and my husband fell to the floor

Lindo hotel em Matera com ótimo custo x benefício.
Pros:

Localização privilegiada, dentro do Sassi mais bonito de Matera. Quarto amplo, bem decorado e com ótimas camas e travesseiros. Excelente custo-benefício.
O café da manhã pode ser tomado na área comum do hotel ou no quarto, sem nenhuma taxa extra.

Cons:

A pressão da água no chuveiro e na pia era mínima. Impossível lavar adequadamente os cabelos.
O hotel não dispõe de cozinha, de modo que no café da manhã não são servidos pratos quentes ou preparos de ovos e você precisa solicitar os itens a consumir na noite de véspera.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in den Sassi.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer über 2 Etagen wie in einer Höhle. Außerdem einen netten Balkon. Das Hotel liegt mitten in den Sassi und damit ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück musste im voraus ausgewählt werden.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz (öffentlich) war etwa 10 Minuten entfernt und das Hotel im Gassengewirr von Matera etwas schwer zu finden.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, zweckmässig eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es war in einem Nebengebäude und nicht in der Kaverne.
Der Empfang an der Reception war topp. Man erhält viele hilfreiche Tipps.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nur vor 10 Uhr möglich. Es empfiehlt sich, mit leichtem Gepäck anzureisen.

Um hotel espetacular, bem localizado, com fácil acesso. A recepção foi espetacular, com um atendimento dedicado. Fomos recebidos por Nancy, uma profissional com empenho acima da média.
