Wat een heerlijk en super goed hotel
Pros:

De gastvrijheid, de ontvangst en wat een super aardige man is Martin. Een ruime kamer nummer 12 met goede airco bed en ook de schoonmaak elke dag peefect. Aanrader en op 5 min van paddington station underground.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic, check-in and check-out were very easy, my room was exceptionally clean and the aircon was a big plus in a heatwave. Bed was comfortable

Location is a bit far from public transport (10 minute walk to the tube, similar distance from bus stops, but it felt longer)

The property was clean and quiet.

Cons:

I came to check in late. It was around 10 pm. But before that, I rang to say we would be late checking in. When we arrived at the reception, I saw the receptionist, Howard. I told him I had booked two rooms for that night. But there was no response; his face was so angry. My family and I stood there waiting for him to talk. I think he ignored us for at least a few minutes. Finally, he talked to us, signed the papers and gave us the keys to 2 rooms.
We travelled a lot in other countries, and we never experienced a rude receptionist in our lives.

Pros:

Fint rom, godt med fasiliteter og godt med kjøling på rommet.

Cons:

Hard seng. Vinduet fikk vi åpnet maks 10cm. Kjøleskapet lagde utrolig høy/ubehagelig lyd!
