Muy bien ubicado. Zona tranquila. Estaba limpio y el personal que nos atendió fue amable y atento.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta -1 y a pesar de tener ventana, la ventilación no era la ideal.

Good hotel, with small kitchenette, in great location, close to Paddington Station which suited our family of 3 adults.
Pros:

Very useful little kitchenette which allowed us to self cater breakfast and a couple of simple dinners. Good sized room for family of 3 adults with interesting privacy divider in middle of room.

Perfect location, great staff, lovely accommodation…we will be back !
Pros:

Staff are so lovely. Big thanks to Indre! Room was beautiful mix of original features, amazing fireplace. And modern facilities, so good to be able to cook brekkie in our room. Great area of London , super quiet and safe. Some lovely local restaurants too. We loved it and will be back

Pure cotton sheets … I’m fussy !

Don’t stay unless you have no luggage and willing climb up extreme narrow and steep stairways. It is not a 4 star hotel.

Claims to be 4 star. Only one staff available and the access to the room was terrible. I had to climb 3 floors extremely steep and narrow stairs case where my small carrier and a human barely fit after the lift to the 3rd floor. No service

Очень не плохой отель в центре Лондона. Расположение отличное, удобно перемещаться по городу. Номер на троих был в полупрдвальном помещении, но это не мешало абсолютно. Интернет устойчивый, есть холодильник, микроволновая печь в номере. Кровати удобные, пространства в номере достаточно. Так же в отеле есть лифт.
Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Cons:

Хотелось бы, чтобы телевизор был смарт.

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had all the facilities you'd need. Housekeeping service daily and couldn't fault it at all. Reception staff pleasant and welcoming. Good shower and can I add the toilet paper was better quality than I've found in the more expensive hotels lately! Location was great, just an 8 to 10 minute walk to Tube stations. Would recommend visiting the Bayswater area for breakfast / brunch. Lovely part of London which felt generally safe to walk around, and was very quiet at night.

Cons:

One small issue - there are no black out blinds / curtains, but if you bring an eye mask it won't be a problem.
Another thing that we were prepared for as we'd done our research - you may need to carry your suitcase up flights of stairs as the lift does not reach every level. Will be an issue if you have mobility problems.

Fabulous location, great staff and super comfortable rooms
Pros:

It’s the perfect location for moving about London (including getting to the airports), the staff are super helpful and the rooms are have everything you need including a great little kitchenette and plenty of space!

Highly recommend
Pros:

Big spacious apartment with cooking area, bathroom and wardrobe all behind doors to avoid clutter. Spotlessly clean, air con worked perfectly throughout, v comfortable large bed, 2 ring stove, microwave, toaster, sufficient to cook for oneself. Decent size bathroom with excellent shower. In a quiet location but v short walk to 2 tube stations and lots of shops in the vicinity including a very good M&S foodhall. Highly recommend.

Cons:

If you are on the upper floors the lift will only take you so far. No problem if you're able but be aware that there may be stairs to ascend if you have suitcases. Would have liked a bigger cooking area-only 2 rings and right beside the sink. Also for an extended stay an armchair would be good.
