A sleepless and disappointing stay made worse by poor room conditions and unhelpful service.
Pros:

Very little — the experience did not meet basic expectations for comfort and customer service.

Cons:

Stayed here on Sunday night because I needed to work from the London office early Monday morning, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

I was placed in a room with no windows at all. The room felt very stuffy with poor ventilation and uncomfortable air quality. To make matters worse, there was a bright red alarm light directly above the bed on the ceiling and a constant loud noise coming from the air conditioning or ventilation system throughout the night.

I barely slept and raised the issue with hotel staff, asking whether I could be moved to another room. I was told the hotel was fully booked, however I could still see available rooms being offered on the hotel’s website, which made the response feel misleading rather than helpful.

As a result of the poor sleep, I woke up exhausted at 5am and ended up cancelling my plan to work from the London office and taking the train home instead.

Overall, this stay completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable and restful night before work.

Lovely stay in a fabulous location
Pros:

Lovely location, 10 walk to tube and only a stop to two to central London

Cons:

It was slightly more than I would have normally paid for a stay in London but it was a very busy weekend so in comparison to other hotels it was reasonably priced

Would highly recommend The Cleveland and would definitely return.
Pros:

Property was centrally located to all major tourist spots, train and metro. Friendly staff, comfortable , clean and air conditioned rooms.

Pros:

冷氣很涼，在熱浪之後入住是一大享受。前台24小時有人，我們晚上11點入住也沒問題。服務人員很好，我們的房間在四樓，搭電梯上去之後還要爬樓梯，他幫忙我們把行李搬進房間裡。雖然這次沒用到，不過房間有微波爐、熱水壺、IH爐，想要煮東西應該也是沒問題。

An absolute gem of a hotel

Location, presentation and style. The bedroom with 3 beds was so good. Well set out and had everything we needed, perfect for a family staying in London for a few days.
