Íbamos dos noches y ampliamos la reserva de lo agusto que nos sentimos!
Pros:

Hotel familiar, situado en un entorno precioso: de un lado el Teide y del otro el océano. Todo está muy cuidado, se nota que está hecho con cariño. Instalaciones cómodas, personal muy amable y desayuno completo. La habitación limpia y la cama amplia y cómoda. Fuimos con un bebé, nos hicieron todo muy fácil. Varias zonas comunes disponibles que hacen la estancia más amable. Muchas gracias a Sofia y equipo!

Worth it, especially being near the El Teide national park.
Pros:

Excellent rural hotel, my room has a breathtaking view of El Teide. The staff were friendly, attentive, but do not expect 24h. It is a place to arrive, and disconnect. The morning swim before breakfast was heavenly.

Pros:

Todo estaba especialmente cuidado, y las personas que trabajan allí se preocupan de que lo estés pasando bien y de garantizar un entorno tranquilo.

Cons:

Quizás me hubiese gustado más variedad de frutas en el desayuno, aprovechando el entorno rural en el que nos encontrábamos.

Pros:

Nic, nie mieliśmy możliwości wejść do hotelu

Cons:

Po potwierdzonej rezerwacji i uprzedzeniu że będziemy ok 21.30 zastaliśmy zamknięty hotel, zamkniętą bramę i nikt nie odbierał telefonu który został nam przekazany jako kontakt 24h.
Musieliśmy późnym wieczorem szukać kolejnego hotelu a podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi.
Nikt z recepcji się z nami nie skontaktował, nie odebrał telefonu, nie odpisywał na próby kontaktu przez booking.com. Nigdy dobrej pory nie mieliśmy podobnego problemu.

Финка отличная, все очень красиво , чисто, вид прекрасный номер отличный.Завтрак просто великолепный и персональной очень любезный. Все было замечательно.

Cons:

В номере не было никаких стаканов, но очень милая девушка на ресепшн все быстро решила. Запах химии от постиранные белья был очень сильный, и защитные чехлы на кровати мешали наслаждаться комфортом большой кровати, ощущение клетки под простынь было крайне неприятным.

La localisation avec une vue magnifique, la piscine chauffée avec vue sur la mer, l immense terrasse et la salle de restauration en libre accès et enfin la chambre extra avec lit King size

Cons:

Nous sommes venus au mois de mai donc basse saison et nous étions les seuls dans l hôtel, donc petit déjeuner réduit au strict minimum, aucune lumière extérieure maintenu le soir, nous sommes restés dans un noir complet… mais je pense qu en pleine saison cela n arrive pas ;)

Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba preparada. A la chica que nos atendió se le caía la cara de vergüenza. La solución que dieron fue ofrecernos una habitación que estaba mucho mejor, más amplia y con vistas agradables, sin coste añadido. Agradecimos el detalle, pero si vuelvo a ir, que seguro que sí, pago 15€ más, que es la diferencia de habitación, porque vale la pena.
